Ive been coming here for a long time already but today was unfortunate. First the AC was out...so the atmosphere was dull and warm. Understandable that its not thier fault things happen. My concern is the food. I am a sandwich lover and this place has been in the top five of my list but today was very disappointing. My uptown was more downtown today. I guess they felt I needed to go on a diet. The usual favorable sandwich was lacking its flavorful abundance. Usually my sandwich is stacked and plentiful but today was definitely a let down . The fruit side additions were old and browned. I hope someone reads this and takes the time to correct the errors that have tarnished this once favored eatery.

My bestie took me to Corner Bakery for my Birthday today!!! I always have such a good time this is my third time coming here and I love it. The people there are very welcoming and the service is top-notch. Being my birthday the young man behind the counter I can't remember his name but his dark hair and he has a sparkling and bubbly personality offered me a treat for my birthday which was so kind and so sweet. I enjoy the atmosphere there and people are very kind even the other customers we were just enjoying talking with one another. This is definitely one of my spots and I always enjoy coming here what's my bestie.

we went to have desert and coffee. what a rude awakening, The coffee was cold and old, The muffin and bunt cakes were old and crumbling while trying to enjoy it. Very discouraged. I'm from Corpus Christi and have never experienced anything like this Corner Bakery

My first time eating here and it was very good. I had the Turkey and Swiss croissant with baked potatoe soup and both were delicious! Will definitely return again.
