Stumbled across this place and stopped in to have a drink after speaking with two men outside who were really nice. Went in, and had a dive bar atmosphere (which we love). Older woman bartender stood at the back of the bar just looking at us and talking. Finally came to us and finally able to get drinks. Then we wanted to play pool and stood at bar for 10 mins trying to get change and was completely ignored. We loved this place but she ruined it. We just recently moved here and have loved returning to and bringing people to all the new places we find. Unfortunately, this wonāt be on our list.

Quiet Wednesday nite. And we were okay with that.
They don't serve food, but Ryan will likely direct you to several good restaurants. He is the kind of bartender with whom people tend more information than they intend. Ask him about the Grunt T-shirt shop.
I used to frequent this bar every weekend and never had a problem because the drinks were cheap until just last night. I went in with a group of friends and family and took them to cowabunga's for the first time and was embarrassed with how they treated us. We came in 10 minutes before the bar closed. Just to have a drink and leave, we were yelled when we weren't giving the drink order. She charge my card $10 after we left for a $4 beer, and we were treated very disrespectfully. I will never, ever recommend anybody go to this bar again

Donāt come hereās please! We are tourists coming from Dallas and they mistreated us. There was a bold guy with white beard that told me that he could not serve us because I stumbled. I had two strokes when I was younger and I struggle to walk when I am tired. He screamed ā I am not serving you because you stumbledā I told him about my situation but still kicked me out. Also there were other people fighting before we entered. It is not a āone size fits all situationā . Staff needs to be trained on how to be inclusive and not be reactive to customers.
