Don’t come here’s please! We are tourists coming from Dallas and they mistreated us. There was a bold guy with white beard that told me that he could not serve us because I stumbled. I had two strokes when I was younger and I struggle to walk when I am tired. He screamed “ I am not serving you because you stumbled” I told him about my situation but still kicked me out. Also there were other people fighting before we entered. It is not a “one size fits all situation” . Staff needs to be trained on how to be inclusive and not be reactive to customers.

Cowabunga is definitely a "Dive Bar", but without a doubt one of the greatest Dive Bars you'll ever visit. I was just a tourist and they made me feel like a local - both Ryan and Claudia will bend over backwards to make you feel welcome! This place is a diamond in the rough for certain!!!

It's cheap and not too far from the Riverwalk. Niko is the man. Dark dank and dingy, if ya know it ya know it hole in the wall kinda spot. Fu*king perfect!!!
