worst experience ever. how do you ‘lose’ a reservation when we’ve been waiting for over 1.5 hours inside because we got the text message that our table is ready. surprise, it’s wasn’t. we were told it would be a extra 5 minutes and then they’ll call us. never did. and THEN we get told by the manager more servers will be in at 4pm and then we can be seated.. what about our reservation? or the fact we were told our table was ready but wasnt? wouldn’t recommend if you have two kids

We were told 30 minute wait ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes to be seated then another 30 minute wait for food not happy with the food or service at all🫤

Sadly we had a new server Melissa .. and well she never returned after drop off Food. ?? His beef tips were over cooked to where you can not chew them. My eggs cold and its keeps' going our meal was competed good management -

Granted we went on Sunday @ 10:30a.m. but a supposed "40 minute" wait time turned into over an hour. Once finally seated we were almost rushed to order due to "back up in the kitchen." Placed an order as quick as possible but it was still an hour before we were served. There were quite a number of empty tables... Eggs lukewarm at best; biscuits prior to the meal would barely melt butter; pancakes tough; asked for crisp bacon - they were super greasy and not very crisp. Waitress tried at first bringing the biscuits quickly but it was clear our main food sat for a long time in the kitchen before she brought it out. Doubt we'll go back anytime soon. This is not the first time we've had a similar experience there.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location 🤦🏽‍♂️

The service was good but the food was horrendous.

Pancakes were raw and doughy, bacon was bland (unsalted?)… I’ve never had bland bacon. Ham was over salted.

They didn’t have kids menus to help with the kids.

Idk, not usual Cracker Barrel standards…. It was weird.

The WORST cracker barrel I've been to by far. Service wasn't great & food was HORRIBLE. I've never had such a horrible experience at a cracker barrel before so I was pretty shocked but this location I will NEVER visit again! Do not stop here & if you're craving cracker barrel just drive to a different location, trust me!

Took a very long time to get our food. We got it at the same as a couple that came in 20-30 minutes after us and it wasn't busy. Idk maybe the cook was on break?! Not sure.

Sad! Service was amazing, waitress was very attentive and accommodating! However the food was so blah. I ordered breakfast blueberry pan cake (terrible) eggs with cheese (cold) hash brown casserole(cold) and biscuits(hard). Best thing was the mimosa! I always love Cracker Barrel but this location missed the mark.

Had to BEG for strawberry preserve for biscuits ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! BY THE TIME I GOT 2 MY BISCUITS WERE COLD! THEY STOPPED SERVING HAMBURGER STEAKS! WHY? EXTREMELY SIMPLE & YOU HAVE HAD IT ON YOUR MENU FOR YEARS! SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD EITHER!

I feel like there was some kind of confusion. The waitress brought out a basket of biscuits and butter long before bringing our food. Then when she delivered our food I asked about my biscuits and gravy. She seemed to think it was the biscuits she brought out long before our meal. She did then bring 2 biscuits in her hand and toss them into the basket and walk away. Disgusting behavior and food handling practice!

The rest of our meal was adequate.

It's been a while we've eaten dinner here. No waiting around 6pm. Rest rooms OK. The store was nice. Restaurant was nice. Staff was very nice. Decorations were interesting to view. Manager was visible. Food came at good time ; no long wait. Eating expensive was very good this time. Thanks for dinner.

My daughter's trout and baked potato were both cold and the fish was crunchy. Out of sugar for coffee and no hot sauce. Birthday party next to us, maybe an arm length away, was so loud we couldn't hear each other.

Service was terrible. When she asked if we were ready to order she didn’t even wait she just said she’ll come back so she could help a different customer then passing our table my mom told her we were ready she just kept walking. After we finally got our order my pancakes looked like they didn’t bother to clean the griddle. Also my waitress never even came back to our table to ask how we were or if we needed anything. But she did to the tables next to us. Never again.

Generally pretty food but today we added our name to the waiting list and were told it would be a 40 minute wait. We arrived in time and it was nearly 40 more minutes. We heard that the manager has stopped seating guests (don't know why) and there were very angry guests who wanted to eat there but had been waiting for over an hour. We still orefer this location because the food and service are generally better than the other locations so we will continue to patronize this location. This was a "one off" as we have never experienced this befire and probably won't in the future.
