I love going to eat and shop at Cracker Barrel. Me and my friend go there to eat at least 2x a month. We were looking forward for our favorites, which is many. Unfortunately the day we went it was closed due to a water leak. But we did go shopping. Overall it's still a wonderful place to eat.
Always enjoy the atmosphere and food

Wednesday special was very good. Excellent waitress. Cinnamon rolls were unavailable when we ordered our meal. But our waitress brought us brought us a fresh out of the oven pan of the cinnamon rolls before we left.

Chicken tenders were wonderful. Perfectly cooked. The hash brown casserole tasted good but I think it needed to cook a little longer. The meatloaf with mashed potatoes is always amazing as is the chicken and dumplings. I ordered the cinnamon apples. They tasted great but I was disappointed that the apples weren't peeled first. I know I've had them before and they didn't have peeling. Their sweet tea, and peach tea are perfectly sweetened. I LOVE shopping in the general store. All the summer items were 40% off!! What a great deal! Cracker Barrel just has such a sweet, homey feel to it. I enjoy eating there and I recommend it whole heartedly!!

My family loves this location. Today was hard because I had to leave behind a Gnome that I loved.

Always have breakfast
Diner beware, you may not sit together if you ask for a table of 7 or more. Not sure why they would call our name and then tell us that we won’t be sitting at the same table. Honestly I don’t understand why they would do this. Will absolutely not be going back.

First they told us wait time was 20-30 minutes we didn’t called until 45 minutes later and still waited another 10 minutes at the host stand and another 5 minutes in the middle of the restaurant waiting for the bus boy to finish cleaning the table. Had I been told it would be over an hour wait I would have not waited! Please be honest with wait times and let us choose if we want to wait that long. In town for errands and 3 hours at a restaurant was not what I wanted to come here for.

Food was great, but felt like the servings are smaller than they used to be.

The food was the highpoint of our visit. Our waiter came up and took our drink order. A few minutes later he came back to take our drink order. My wife said, "You just took that a few minutes ago." He apologized and said that he was working a double shift, so I shrugged it off. At the end of our meal, I asked for our bill, which I paid via the app. When we got into our car my wife checked the bill (which I should have done in more detail inside the store), finding that I had been given and paid someone else's bill. We had to go back in and have the manager void our payment and repay our correct bill. This is not the kind of service I hope to receive when I go to a Craker Barrel store.

We had outstanding service. The food was good, but the portions were a bit small. The atmosphere is what you expect at Cracker Barrel. Vintage looking photos and antiques on the wall. The gift shop gets a bit crowded, and although there are some interesting things, there's quite a bit of junk as well. Also, the bathroom is located off the gift shop, so you have to venture out there if you need it during your meal.

From the hostess to the cashier it was a bad experience. 3 times asked for sweet tea, was not sweet. Glass has food dribbled on it so got a to go cup. Wanted to sit by window, there were 3 empty tables by window and young male hostess did not fulfill my request. Justin the cashier was not friendly at all. Said I had a bad experience, he didn’t ask why or apologize. Get it together people…I hate throwing my money away.
