Recently we ordered the heat and serve meal for Thanksgiving from Cracker Barrel and it was delicious. when we went to pick it up, it was fast and easy. The attendant was very nice and helpful.

I ordered a breakfast burger and it was amazing. The other plate was a Turkey fried steak plate with gravy with a side of cranberry sauce and i was told ot was very delicious. I especially enjoyed the warm biscuits & cornbread muffins brought to us a few minutes after we sat down. When we were done I bought a few Christmas items that were already marked down 50% for ornaments. Score!!!

Service was horrible. Waited 15 minutes after being seated for anyone to acknowledge us then another 10 for him to come back to take our orders. 20 minutes after that and we still hadn't gotten our drinks. When I went to speak to a manager I was met with the excuse of he was probably working on it but she would check. 10 minutes later our drinks and food arrived at the same time, well half of it did. Four people were missing plates. By the time they came out the rest of us were finished.
