On May 11, 2025, we registered on-line appt at 9 am, had a 20 minute wait at the Horizon Blvd location for party of 5 with goal of returning to hotel to check out by11 am. We arrived within 20 minute wait, were told 15 minute wait and after several inquiries, we were finally sat down after 10 am. Our meal was ordered by 10:30 am. Had the worst experience at the 410 by the air port location.. and it is really sad because we were regulars loved the food, service and shopping BUT WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE ONE AGAIN.. Monday evening waited a hour and half for our food, the manger said we waited only 28 mins she knows cause she was the one cooking it and took the ticket when it came in... we got there at 7:30 did not leave until 9:15 after we complain and got into with the manger who said it takes 10 mins...read full review
