08/04/25 Former bartender/current bartender Maddie what's aggressive after I left a 8$ tip in cash. She expected a tip on my card after I left a $0.00 tip to the bartender .If the customer service does not meet expectations a tip is not needed.The manager told me if I was to offer my drink to my friend then she would get pissed. I drank it, the treat was not needed by the bartender/owner who was current on 08/04/24 at 1:35 am.Please people you can buy a beer from the 7-11 and not need to tip them.These people are unprofessional and very unorganized.

The Ape is hands down one of my favorite bars in SATX. Open 7am-2am, you could pop your head in anytime. Kodi and Nycole really shine, especially Kodi and seem to know what you want to drink before you even do. It’s a tucked away dive with cheap drinks and good times; check it out!
