I just learned of this place for the first time when dropping my kid off at school. I planned on making this my go to hangout spot with friends and dates with the husband. They even have their own parking and lots of public parking close by. However, they decided to try to take over public parking that they are not entitled to putting up no parking signs making it harder for teachers and parents. They keep this up even after being informed that was not their property. So instead I'll be actively steering people away from here. For reference the red circle is what they are trying to claim.

Easy Baby Underground: This speakeasy is located below Amelia, that's accessible through a velour curtain -perfect late night spot.
Lunatique is a rooftop lounge & bar located above Amelia Social Bar. Lovely panoramic view.
Crème is a European-inspired coffee shop that is a great hot spot for a morning jolt of java & provides a small selection of tasty pastry & bakery items.
Hook Land & Sea -is a fast casual counter service. Mexican & Asian style Seafood. Offers a cocktail menu, including frozen drinks available by the glass or as a flight showcasing all the flavors.
Amazing coffee shop in addition to multiple restaurants and bars. A hidden gem in the peral area. More exciting is the amazing renovations they did to a beautiful historic building. Find it you will be glad you did!
