A little on the pricey side. Regardless, it was so delicious! When they mix the ice cream they add in liquid nitrogen and all the smoke comes out, the kids loved running through it! So much fun for an ice cream trip!

Ice cream is good. Staff is not rude but not very pleasant either. I think a smile is penalized or something. It takes VERY long to get your ice cream and it's expensive. Shame because it's so tasty!

Received a coupon for a free ice cream on my birthday, I came in to redeem the offer and was told they were out of ice cream. Very disappointed to make the long trip only to be turned away before I even got out of the car.

Their store hours are wrong, they have been told multiple times to change to correct timings they just don't listen, this has caused confusion and frustration, this is very sad , a very bad experience. Bad manager. Employees have told him to change and correct hours but no action sad. Bad creamistry store.

With the rise of build your own icecream places that's been happening , this place adds a new kick watch your ice cream be made right before several different options with unique names or you can build your own. After placing all the ingredients inside the bowl they turn the liquid nitrogen on and freeze your ice cream right before your eyes. Very cool

Overpriced for the sake of being overpriced I guess,spent over thirty dollars for three medium cups of ice cream. Never again,I'll stick to the local heb selections. Or baskin Robbins so I can actually enjoy my dollar spent.

This place looked deserted on a Monday evening, the employees are all in the back. I took a star away for the lack of service when you first walk in. But the one teen who came out helped us out a lot since it was our first time. He was super sweet so I couldn’t knock too much off for service. The other two didn’t seem as friendly though.
