So I love Creamistry for a while I’ve been to this location a few times. Today I was greeted by a sign that said it’s permanently closed. I’m so sad as it’s the last one here in San Antonio.

Customer service = ZEROThe cashier argued with me about getting the strawberry syrup on my ice cream. I politely said "without the strawberry syrup please" and her response was "you have to get it on there, it's part of the creation"...... I replied, no I don't like it, and don't want it on there. She proceeds to ask someone else whose response was "do what you want".The entire cone was soggy, soft and bendable... and the toppings were scarce. Sadly, I would not recommend this place. I paid $15 for 2 ice creams and an experience with 2 rude female employees. No thank you.

Let me start off by saying that I am incredibly dissatisfied with this place. This will be my one and only time going there. I will NOT be going back to this incredibly overpriced ice cream shop. To give you an idea as to how overpriced this place is, it cost me more to buy ice cream for four people, 2 small and 2 regular sized items, versus dinner for four at a sit down restaurant. The total cost for the two small and two medium items was around $35--absolutely asinine! To add to my annoyance with this place, I was allowed to order inside but was told I cannot wait inside and have to pickup my order through the drive-thru. What is the point of allowing people inside if you going to make them pick up their order through the drive-thru? After placing my order with the rude employee, I had to get back into my car and wait 25 minutes to get my melted, highly overpriced ice cream--not even an apology for taking so long. Why does it take 25 minutes to make 4 ice cream orders? The place was dead as far as customers--one car in front of us. With service and prices like this, I can see why the place is dead.

As I’m placing my order the Manager walked in in work out clothing under the influence (she smelled like marijuana). I was asking the cashier if I can get a different container. She didn’t know so the manager approached me with an aggressive demeanor stating that they didn’t have to serve us. I asked why would she state that if all we asked for was just to sell us a to go container. Then she proceeded to get more aggressive and said that she will no longer sell us anything and that my family and I (3 kids included) needed to leave the store. It was an embarrassment to my family and I for how she treated us. We decided to leave the shop. We have been going to creamistry since they opened and always referred visitors there. We will no longer be giving service to this business nor will we refer anyone to this shop. I am a business owner myself and I strive to run a professional business and would never allow management or an employee to speak to any customer in that manner, it’s unacceptable. I hope the owner reads this comment so they can understand what type of employees they have running their business. To the owner please look at cameras- including the back door when she leaves. You’re losing customers because of her unprofessional behavior. The manager decline to provide her name.

We’ve been coming to Creamiatry since it opened. I have to say that’s it’s steadily gone down hill in terms of services and cleanliness of the store. We had to clean off our own table and they weren’t very busy. The staff just doesn’t seem like they want to be at their jobs

Yesterday on March 13, barely nine o'clock, the doors are locked and no one is in there, but it says in the photo they are not closed until 11. Someone wasn't there to do their job

Too expensive and takes too long. I like that it's made with very good ingredients but It wasn't memorable and not somewhere i'd be excited to take the kids to after school or anything. The place didn't look that clean either. Rather go to baskin robbins

I do not like to write bad reviews, but I had made a plan for a week to take my son as a surprise, and checked the hours online. We showed up and employees were there, but the door was locked. We were extremely confused since it was supposed to be normal business hours. Someone eventually came to the door and said they had only made $15 that day and the owner told them to close. No sign posted, nothing. She said if we just look up the phone number and call in advance, we can be sure they are open! Sorry, but I will go pick up my own ice cream and make it at home if going somewhere special means I have to call ahead, and they can't even bother posting a sign. I had been wanting to try this place for some time, but based on my experience and other reviews, I will never be back. It's a shame since it seems like it would be a fun experience.

I wanted to take my daughter here for the experience, so we drove across town. The shop was really dirty, and the employee working there just wasn’t impressive. After watching the whole process, my husband just didn’t feel like it was safe to eat, threw the whole cup away, and we went elsewhere. I will never come back!

We got here at 8:00pm yelp says it closes at 9:00pm and on the sign in the store states it closes at 10:00pm . We went to open the door and it was locked and the worker just acted like we weren't there. Will not give this place a shot in the future

Don't waist your money or time here Our third and final visit was around 4:30pm. Each visit progressively worse then the last. We go because my 6 years old enjoys the "magic" of it all, but we will not return. Just like previously stated by other reviewers, the place is a mess, sticky tables and nothing's in order. The card reader doesn't work so cash only. The "general manager" as she called her self was unkept and looked like a health hazard her self. She took our 4 ice cream order then handed it off to an employee before disappearing to the back. We sat and waited for 30 min for our ice cream and then we were served cold SOUP! Did I mention we were the only customers in the building? When I explain how this was not what we paid for and asked for our money back the manager came out and said she could refreeze it, a process that involved holding the cup of soup by hand under the liquid nitrogen. Not sure that's safe. After 30 min and only 2 cold soups later we just wanted to leave. 4 ice creams = $37 It's not worth it.

Omg! My husband and I went to the Potranco location just yesterday. We ordered our ice cream and be-time it got to us it was already melting!

This location is very run down and you can tell the owners do not care. The staff tried their best however the digital menu boards do not work, they were out of the cashew base, no pre-made pints made for pIck up, location needs a lot of work, credit card reader wasn't working, only 2 of the 4 mixers work.

Amazing ice cream with a strange and incredible texture that is from the interesting use of liquid nitrogen there. Its an entertaining and fun place to take your kids as the whole kitchen is surrounded by glass allowing you to see as they make the ice cream with the liquid nitrogen. A really cool place with fair prices for the magical show you get to see.
