I recently visited the Crumbl Cookies at the Quarry and observed an incident that left me quite uncomfortable. A employee was unaware of the store's policy against accepting $50 bills which nils nonsense because I paid an amount 30 dollars but Instead of handling the situation discreetly, the manager reprimanded the employee harshly in front of customers and was also rude to the customer attempting to pay. This created an unpleasant atmosphere to me and such a bad first experience .and another thing I don’t think the manager was an adult to be making this kind of scene ,but I am saying the cookies were good but wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
