Fast service, you order at a little kiosk, once the order is ready they call your name, pricey but overall good, sweeter than expected but still good, would I go back...mmm probably no, 30ish dollars for 12 small cookies... Cookie options changes every week so not sure how it works if you liked one and want to buy it at a later time
I was visiting San Antonio, obviously I had to visit these viral Tico cookies, but they do contain too much sugar. The staff who served me were very friendly. The guy who served me was very patient. The store was beautiful and they had songs by Taylor Swift. It was a nice experience
The store was clean and I was able to get all the options I wanted. I will say I ordered the s’mores cookie and the person gave me a cookie with no marshmallow, it was a tiny corner of a marshmallow on the edge of the cookie, I asked for an exchange and was provided one.
