Watered down beans. Overpriced plates. Upon entry there is a moldy stench and carpets are FILTHY, spotted from water or greasy, mold?? No clue other than ceiling has paint chipping and a/c vent about to cave onto the floor. Total bill for two people: enchilada plate, chilaquile plate and tea was $26.40 not including $2 tip. Waitress looked like she just rolled out of bed and she was not friendly at all. First and last time at this smelly dump!
