The place and atmosphere is great, food was really good...The Arachera plate was deliciuos, but the only thing is that they do not offer sides to come with some plates and sell everything separate. We visited on our 24yr Anniversary and we liled it very much other that the things I mentioned b4...

Cuishe did not disappoint unlike my last three situationships. From the cantaritos big enough to double as a stylish house plant holder to the esquite and bone marrow that I said "Okay, this is my last bite" to at least 30 times. Side note: I wish they went a little crazier with the jalapeños and crema, but hey, we can’t all be perfect.
Then came the queso fundido surprisingly light, considering it’s basically molten cheese and chorizo that make enough oil to lube a tractor, but somehow it didn’t make me feel heavy or sick. The corn tortas? Bussin’. I would fight someone for some to take home.
For the main course, we got the lengua en salsa verde so tender it had me questioning everything I thought I knew about tongue and the chicharrón de arrachera, which was chef’s kiss delicious, though the guac-to-meat ratio had me feeling some type of way. But hey, better too much guac than too little, if you know what I mean.
And just when we thought we were done, Ventura the bartender came through with a literal fire show while making our carajillos. 8/10 for the food, 11/10 for the flair.

Overall I hate to rate it based on price and food quality. It is very high priced and the food taste and quantity just does not match up. We were all left half empty stomachs after ordering appetizers and an "entree". I personally had the arrachera with what was stated wagyu. Let me tell you this was the toughest wagyu I've had. On top of that, the portion size would leave you unsatisfied. Friends had drinks which they said were good, shots were just ok, and their food as well did not hold up to what we all paid for.

Bartender served us, great recommendations but worst service. Checked on us a handful of times. Don’t take the table if you’re that busy

Made reservations for Valentine’s Day dinner with my girlfriend, when we arrived we were seated right away. We ordered cocktails which were pretty good, unfortunately that’s where it ended. My date had to use the restroom and they were out of soap. We told the waiter but they never filled it
( if the restrooms are out of soap how are the workers washing their hands then?)
We both ordered the enchiladas when we got them they were covered in so much sauce you couldn’t even find them and when you did all you could taste was the sauce. We both found broken sharp skewers in our food. My girlfriend almost swallowed one it was disgusting. We brought it to the attention of the waiter he was very apologetic. He comped my dates meal. Still we needed up paying $80 dollars for food we couldn’t eat and ended up leaving our special date night hungry.
We ended up going to get Pups Pizza and it was hands down 10 times better than the meal we paid $80 for definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and most definitely won’t be coming back. There’s plenty of Mexican Restaurants in San Antonio just leave this one off your list

Fix your friggin schedules with correct hours. We drove all the way downtown and it was closed.
Used to really enjoy this place but the past couple experiences have made me hesitant to recommend. Tonight we sat at the bar and it felt like I was being sold a car. I’m not even halfway done with my drink and the bartender is trying to upsell me another even when I said I had to drive. My fiancé was celebrating a promotion but we cut our visit short as he was very pushy with trying top shelf tequila when we’re looking for new tequilas to try. I was upcharged for my ranch water when there was as much lime as tequila and soda gun water. If it was topo chico I’d understand. Tacos de cambron (shrimp) are pretty good but small. It’s a bit frustrating knowing it could’ve been a good time but I felt like I was being treated like I wasn’t spending fast enough, which, inevitably lead to an early departure. And prices on our tab were different from the menu prices. I don’t mind spending for good tequila and tacos but I don’t like being mislead or rushed.

I went for my bday and reserve for an 8pm for a group of 5 but only four showed up. There wasn’t a lot of people in the restaurant. My friend ordered a birthday cake aka a Carlotta. I got charge for it. The chilaquiles were too dried and had more tortillas chips rather than chicken and it looked like casserole. The enchiladas was also dried and not enough sauce. The Lengua in green sauce was very little for 18 dollars not even for two tacos. The only thing we liked was the sides of rice and the appetizer which is the tabla de chicharrones, very pricey though $96. The server was soo nice which made our day soo much better. If it wasn’t for her, we wouldn’t come back. Mid disappointment with this upscale restaurant. I regret it and I rather just went to the taco stand. My friends didn’t get to eat well. I see that the restaurant has a good concept of CDMX. The taste is not there.

Terrible attention!!! The restaurant closes at 11 on Tuesday. But if you arrive at 10 they don't even serve you because the kitchen is already closed. Only 3 tables occupied and everyone was already eating. I don't fly there.

The food is interesting and sometimes really good beyond your regular Mexican place, but service is slow, uninspiring. The place is dark and not very happy

Would not recommend this place, when we sat down bartender seemed overwhelmed even though the WHOLE place had 6 other patrons 8 including us. He did not offer menus. We had to ask for those , we ordered our food and the only thing available on menu was tacos. When our food came out we never got utensils had to ask for napkins and were never offered Drinks. At one point there were 4-5 workers just standing by bar and I had to ask them for drinks. DISAPPOINTED!
Originally from San Antonio and have dined on authentic Mexican Cuisine in Mexico. This restaurant was quite disappointing. The tabla was excellent, the rest of the food, not so much. It was a special lunch while we were visiting San Antonio with our San Antonio family for my 89 year old mother. She did not enjoy her food at all and neither did some of our guest, but since my husband was picking up the tab, they did not
complain to the waitress. She did an excellent job and not her fault the food was not worth the money paid. We were the only ones there, so no reason some of the food was room temperature. Won't be returning.
Parking: It was a Sunday afternoon and not busy at all, in fact we were the only ones dining, but had difficulty finding a place to park, but meters were free on Sunday if you could find one.
