Burger was OK. Very little beef. Too much garlic in the sautéed mushrooms.

The food was normal but the service was superb. I went on a week that had been rough and I just wanted to be lazy and not make anything. Food was hot and ready, the order was accurate, and they even offered my dog a pup cup. He thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a nice surprise.

I recently moved to this side of town and I’m so glad to be close to Culver’s now. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The customer service is always beyond. The last time I picked up my order, a lady ran out to my car to give me a spoon- I said there’s already a spoon for my concrete mixer- she said no you need another one for your chili! We don’t expect much in terms of customer service anymore- but they do at Culver’s. Thank you guys for always being kind and fast!!

Always great food. Men's bathroom was in disrepair and standing water on the floor. Cashier was very friendly and polite.

I would recommend. I got the Butter Burger, fries, and cheese curds. They were hot and delicious. The soda does taste a little weird, but I think it’s just from the cups and not the soda machine.

Bad Food & Staff:
The lady who took our order recommended the fish sandwich. She seemed to genuinely love it, and even told me to tell her what I thought after I tried it. I did not tell her because I didn’t know how to say that I can’t comprehend why anyone would ever recommend such a bland, soggy, awful sandwich. It was terrible! The fries were not that hot or crispy either. All around, a huge disappointment, to the extent that it makes me wonder if she recommended it to mess with me.
Poor Customer Service + Greed:
Due to the blandness of my food, I went to fetch a tartar sauce, since none was delivered with my fish* sandwich. I got to the counter and no other customers were standing there. Three employees were standing there with their backs to me, wiping down a counter casually and stocking napkins - not doing anything pressing. None spoke. Another walked up and was about to ignore me too, until I spoke up. When I asked for tartar sauce, I was rudely informed that I would be charged $.38 for it. Shook my head and paid it.
Product unavailability:
The soda fountains were not working because the store ran out of CO2. As anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant knows, that should never happen and can be quickly remedied when one cares enough to fix the issue promptly.
Cringe Inducing Atmosphere:
They pump Christian music throughout the restaurant, including the bathrooms.
