Menu has been simplified and changed a bit but the steak was perfect. Our favorite chicken livers remain on the menu and it will stay in our normal rotation.
Food was great - several item on menu weren't available - a bit disappointing, but that happens I guess.
We visited at the recommendation of a friend for our anniversary. They did serve us a comped champagne glass, that was the highlight of the evening unfortunately. The sea bass came out and we could immediately smell it wasn't fresh. It tasted as good as it smelled, asked for the duck, which was ok. I had the lobster gnocchi, not bad, but not an entree imo. Mediocre at best.
Great location at the Pearl, outdoor seating available, order the pick 6 for charcuterie to try a little of all the smoked meats
Overall it was a good experience with good food and great service. The restaurant was in a great location with multiple shops surrounding it. The main courses (NY strip and lobster gnocchi) we ordered were good but a bit salty. The frites were great as we're the multiple sauces. Drinks were nice and strong. Our server was attentive andfriendly. I would eat here again.
First time but will definitely go again. Great food and service. Tried brunch, looking forward to trying dinner next time.
We don't live in San Antonio but travel here a couple of times a year. We love the Pearl District and Cured 2-3 years ago and it is now our favorite restaurant there. This visit was no exception. We sat at the bar as we like to do. The service from the bartenders was exceptional. They know the drinks/menu well and that helps us decide what to order. This time around especially liked the Dark Horde & Marfa Lights Out cocktails and the Charcuterie (always good), Crispy Squash Blossoms & Chocolate Mesquite Bean Bread Pudding dishes. Can't wat until our next trip to San Antonio and another visit to Cured.
We had a phenomenal date night at Cured. The filet was prepared perfectly and the sauces were to die for - especially the brown one.
Fantastic food and their charcuterie is just plain magic. Everything on the board works with anything else. Everyone's dish was Fantastic at a table of six. Ive been here several times and its never failed to wow.
Food is delicious, great service. Always love this place. Usually go for brunch but it was great for dinner.

Outstanding is an understatement. Our group was so impressed with the surroundings, the building history and the beautiful refurbishment to a restaurant. Mark was truly amazing at guiding our food and drink choices and serving our group with excellence! We are telling everyone we know about the wonderfully prepared cured meats, presentation of the charcuterie and sides. Wonderful experience in the heart of San Antonio.
Amazing! Service is top notch. Mark is world-class. Food is spot on. Worthy of the James Beard recognition.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I have traveled and dined around the globe, and Cured in San Antonio is truly in a class of its own. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and genuine warmth of the entire team—sommelier, server, and even the chef/owner—set the tone for an extraordinary evening. We sat at the Chef’s Table, where every course showcased not only world-class technique but also an inspiring respect for ingredients. The flavors were bold yet balanced, with each dish telling a story. The wine pairings weren’t just “good matches”—they were thoughtful, unique, and elevated the food to an entirely new level. This wasn’t just dinner, it was a masterclass in hospitality and culinary craft. Cured delivered an experience that rivals Michelin-starred restaurants we’ve visited abroad. Without question, it’s one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had, anywhere.
