My friend and I went for the first time today. It was lovely all around. Nice ambiance, great friendly service, and very delicious food, cocktails, & wine! My friend and I ordered all 11 items on the charcuterie menu lol plus the White Truffle Gnocchi, the Wagyu dip (Medina County Parisa) with toasted crackers, & the Cotechino (sausage patties). Plus hummingbird cake for dessert. Very fun sampling dinner!

The food is amazing. They're very proud of their menu, and the prices reflect it, but worth it for the experience.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp.

I tried this place for the 1st time and was disappointed the taste wasn’t worth the price & I saw a cook go to the restaurant with this apron on & didn’t change it when he return to cook.

Drinks, dessert, and service were good. We ordered the filet and the ham chop and neither were all that great, especially for the price. The filet was way over cooked. My husband ordered it medium and it was more like medium well, with no pink whatsoever. It wasn’t very tender. The ham chop was disappointing as well. Will not be returning.

You better eat here, fair pricing for excellent food. Marc guided us through the menu in order to make the right choices. Would definitely recommend after we encountered severe tourist traps with mediocre food. This is for the fine diners.

Meh. I had higher expectations. Recommended by a bartender while in town. I was expecting it to have some better options. No cured meats on the menu (it is a board for crying out loud), just some sad pate and ground up pork. I left there thinking it was just another restaurant like you see in Dallas in an up and coming trendy neighborhood. Lacked flavor and the food was just slapped on the plate. I have to give credit that we had a good waiter and the building was pretty. Aside from that, 10/10 don't recommend, just another Trinity Oaks type place. Tourist trap, don't waste your time.

Not good in any aspect.Horrible food and horrible service from start to finish.
Charcuterie Board was amazing (Apple & jalapeño rillette and pickled pimento cheese), beef bologna sliders! Great margarita cocktail.

For starters: Kat was our waitress extrodiair! Her knowledge of the building’s history & its antique contents were impeccable! Not to mention her attentiveness to our table! Charcuterie at its finest! The 45 day aged ribeye was delicious as well as the hummingbird dessert! So much interest in a 120 year old building in the “Pearl” district What a lovely evening & experience! Thanks again, I highly recommend “Cured”, & Kat!

Great food and atmosphere. The foods tastes a lot more flavorful. The meat is amazing as they have in-house butchers and dry aged meat. The service is real good, they help you explain each and every food recipe. Perfect for a lovely and romantic date. You will be proud for choosing this place ;)Parking: Parking lot is on the other side under the bridge

Charcuterie here never disappoints! The meat selection is always delicious no matter what you choose. I will say if you are looking for hard or semi-hard cheeses, make sure to review the menu ahead of time. The cheeses we got today were all "spreadable" while a year ago we had some hard cheeses. The service is excellent, if you ever have Tyler he is great and attentive, explains the menu easily and always has the table set and the glasses topped. Highly recommend him!

Tried the 9 choice charcuterie board- it was a great way to sample everything. The gnocchi with lobster was really good.
