“Although the staff seems to be limited, the ladies who are working here provided me excellent service! With flavors/items that were out of stock, I still left happy because of how I was treated by the cashier and the associate from the back who brought me my order. I rarely go to fast food joints and haven’t stepped into a DQ in years, but I’m glad I came into this one!“
“This was my first visit to this location, as I typically make a stop at the one located on Culebra and 36th street. The quality of ice cream was perfect along with their thorough testing process of the famous, upside down test. Unfortunately, the establishment on Culebra & 36th street does not adhere to these standards, serving rather melted ice cream. Despite the distance between the two locations, I am pleased to say that the quality of service provided was absolutely impeccable. Will be returning to this location ongoing.“
“The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the staff. The young man (Isaac), who took my order, did it all correct. When I received my food, I was missing some of my strips. I went back to the register to tell him. He tells the staff who are making the food. The girl (young african american girl) proceeds to tell him, "What mistake did you make now?" She was rude to tell him that. HE did not make the error. Whoever finalized the order did the error. I've been there several times when she is working and has almost spoken rude to other staff. She is not very professional. She needs to learn how to be restful and learn manners.“
“We LOVE DQ country. It's going to sound crazy but the tacos are amazing!! Also those gas station style fried burritos come on. Then there is the dude sandwich and xl chili cheese dog and their burgers aren't too shabby either. Then let's not forget about the ice cream ALL the ice cream. Just go get it all!!“
“This store is the exception. Fredricksburg road l9xation. They genuinely care. Professional. They strive to do their very best. Espinoza was one of the best I've seen in a very long time. Accuracy, polite, kind and caring. She had a long like of people. She rocked!!! Outstanding!!! A long day and she was still positive and paid close attention to every order with a smile, a thank you and have a good evening. Her GM, Geno is amazing as well. Encouraging everyone as a team. Positive comments. Building them up. You don't see much of this anymore either. I had a very long day at the hospital. She didn't know that. She really made a big difference in my day. “This is one of THE CLEANEST locations I've seen. I was greeted with a smile when I came in, good conversation how I grew up right at the house literally across the street and how nice it is to visit one of my favorite places as a kid. I would come in for ice cream and even then back then was welcomed. Well, it felt like home all over again!! Thank you ? for such a great lunch visit Jonny!“
“Dairy Queen I really enjoy eating footlongs as your store always a great product always good service you have an older lady there during the day I think her name was Maria I could be wrong with the name but she gives excellent service I really enjoy when she's there and she serves me with a smile. Your chili on your foot long is always good and I like the fact that you don't charge for extra onions and pickles. Thank you for great food thank you great service I will continue going back for those reasons“
“This DQ location, on FM 78, makes one of the best "bacon burgers" in town. Howdy, y'all! You have to give this burger a try! And guess what?? The bacon is real, y'all! Ha! Nice crispy, real slices of bacon. I order mine without the cheese, but either way, with or without cheese, it's still a great burger! And, the staff are personable, kind, and courteous!! Woo Hoo! “The best burger i have had from dairy queen. Darren Rew was the guy that was working the grill and something about the way he cooked it made it taste so much better then other dq's i been to. I think he sould train other cooks how he made it. Give him a raise.“
“Ordered the bacon jam burger (don't remember the actual name), it was a little sweet, a little spicy. The fries were hot and cooked well with just the right amount of salt on them. Will go back again. Thank you to whomever made our food.“
“Dairy Queen is a staple in Texas! This is our go to for dessert, as well as dining! There is ALWAYS a wait in the drive thru, but it's worth it! On this particular visit, we just ordered two blizzards. After we drove away, my son said his tasted"different". When we got home we looked at it, and it was incorrect. So next time we will make sure to check it before we leave. Other than that, we LOVE DQ , and will continue to visit this location on SE Military Dr, by Presa St.

“Went in around 915pm on 01/30/25 close to closing time and dined in, i figured most restaurants around closing time you don't get great service but this was by far the best service i have ever had in my lifetime, the presentation of the food and temperature was exceptional the staff was very friendly, this location is by far the best, the crew you had that evening was the best!!!!“
“Had a good experience with this location. We ordered both food (tacos) ? and desserts.? We had a somewhat extended wait for our order but finally received it made fresh to order about 15 minutes later.The people were friendly enough and all in all a pleasant experience. I would certainly agree in returning to this location again.“
“Popped in for a large Chocolate Sundae. Very busy in the drive-thru, and almost every table is filled inside. Little bit of a wait for my large chocolate sundae. staff was nice, though seems short on workers to make serving customers smooth. Will be back, DQ is DQ most places. This one is always busy here in San Antonio.“
“This Dairy Queen has been on point. I am so glad we stopped by last week that we had to come back today. The service has been friendly the inside was extremely clean. John helped us and was great and friendly. This is not the closest dairy queen to us but we will be making the drive more often. Thank you!“
“DQ. Its Texas. Just went in to get the blizzard. Can't get away from the turtle one with the caramel and pecans. Great as always. The young lady behind the counter was amazing. Very friendly. And of course while we were there we said let's try one of those Reaper tacos. We just got one to split. And we both said yeah we'll be coming back for that. Very good.“
