I got chicken strips and the were really really bad do not go!!!! It was really cold and it had know flavor. I will not go back again.

This is the lowest volume food place of all of the eateries in the food court and it's apparent by the lack of customers cycling through the line in comparison to the neighboring eateries. They are SLOW. The customers waited impatiently for food that took entirely too long to get. I ordered a kids burger with cheese. The order took exactly 20 minutes to receive. Receipt says 2:22pm and I got my daughter's food at 2:42. And they left the cheese off the burger. The burger was overcooked and the bun was either old or bad. And there was supposed to be a "treat" or snack included and there was none. They totally failed on the most basic order. This is the first time my child has hated her burger. This is totally sub-par for a DQ. They're slower and were serving less peole than every restaurant in the mall. I even walked away, went to another eaterie, ordered and received food, and went back to DQ to wait for this 20 minute horror burger, and began eating my food from the other restaurant while we waited. This store is in clear need of retraining or replacing its employees with people who care about getting the job done better. The counter staff were friendly, hence the reason I gave this one star. It was obvious that they were frustrated with the kitchen while standing around waiting for orders to come out. This was a pathetic experience. The meal wasn't worth the $6 we paid for it. The only redeeming factor is that the sweet tea is great.
So, I ordered a kid's meal that was supposed to come with toast but the cashier said they were out of toast, which was fine, I said don't worry about it. However, when I ask to sub ranch sauce for gravy, they want to try to charge me a fee and then argue with me about it. That's insane. The food was overpriced for the quality, also.
