Been going here a long time. They always have thin shakes , they claim cuz soft serve. Because of this I want my food out on time. We were in line a while ...got up there , paid , handed us shakes , then waited longer. Concerned about the shakes , I tasted mine. Tasted like sweet milk. When we ask them to do over...they copped an attitude big time. I called to talk to manager and the jerk yelled at me and hung up on me. Hope some one higher up sees this and maybe sees on camera that they were the rude ones.

You won't believe it, but Dairy Queen serves the most mouthwatering ice cream I've ever tasted especially the chocolate dip cone. It's a great portion. And their burgers, sundaes, and banana splits? Absolutely stunning! Trust me, you'll be hooked!

I saw your staff cuss out a sweet older lady who was struggling with a language barrier tonight. Monica the manager did not take accountability for the situation AT ALL ..it’s disheartening to see people treat others so badly when a little patience and empathy could have easily resolved things here

Hope this is the last time a customer gets called an ugly name just because there was a language barrier. Instead of being upset and frustrated, try to work with y’alls customers. Dairy queen is this who you let rep the business? What a shame. ✨Monica✨ the supervisor didn’t handle my situation properly either. Instead of hearing me out, she quickly proceeded to get angry with me. She then reported my number to the police which i was already going to make a report but she took care of it for me.
Manager/ Supervisor Monica left clumps of hair in my Oreo blizzard when I called back to ask for my money back she laughed in my face and spit on me I will be reporting to police.

Service was great and bathrooms and dining areas were Spotless. ⭐The manager (I think she was the manager) came out to the dining area when the drive slowed to wipe down tables! Kudos to her!!!⭐Frito burger was great! Their cash register system is antiquated and very slow-- this is the weak link in their business.

I've visited this store several times. Everytime I do I'm extremely disappointed. This store sucks on customer service. Today is the last time I will ever go to this store.I would rather drive further to the DQ on West Ave and Lamanda. The Lamanda store has much better customer service, even if it is out of the way.

I bought a combo with a Hungr-Buster burger & a small shake for $6.99. One combo for Myself & one for my friend's sister. Meals were very good.Parking: Enough parking spots around the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids' meals are available, & since DQ's specialties are ice-cream based, who Doesn't like ice cream... kids And Adults?!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is available, but no automatic doors. Door must be held open for wheelchair or rollator.
