I've been going to store #11 in San antonio and as a customer I've always found the service satisfactory to a high degree at this location. Which is why i choose this establishment for my DQ stop. The employee's are very helpful and very friendly the service is awesome no matter if an issue arises I'm always confident on getting taken care of by the staff. For example thanks to the awesome customer service from an employee by the name of Ernest who has been employed for more than a year and a half. I was taken care of with the upmost respect and consideration to take the time to resolve any questions or inconvenience I may have had. I recommend store #11 and this employee for any future DQ stops again thank you Ernest for your service.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen location in San Antonio possibly the country. My friend Demi was in a bind ordering her chocolate shake and chicken strips. She said Johny has the best smile and she said he was the best manager in San Antonio. I hope that the entire Dairy Queen family recognizes Johnny!

Service is slow, yet this is not a fast food restaurant. Rather, it's a comfort food establishment. They've advertised this since at least the 90's. Ppl in the drive thru need to back off of their horns and harassing behavior when they visit. Also, as most of the US businesses, especially the food & beverage industry, they are short staffed.
Had the chocolate snow cone and a burger i asked for a cheese there was no.cheese but were flat and wrinkle cold burger

My banana split was ok but they forgot my friends order completely. So I ended up with a melted banana split I threw away and the manager telling my friend oops sorry.
