Food was cold half my food was missing roaches on the tables and dirty restroom the manager was no help when over half my food was missing this place is on the verge of shutting down I'm telling you go to the one on west Ave drive that extra 5 min because cold food people that don't even listen and roach infested saw a employee drop frys on the floor pick them up and put them back in the fryer talk about DISGUSTING

This is our home Dairy Queen and I love the staff here. They are all very friendly and helpful. They work hard. This last time the ice cream treats were lacking a bit. But that’s only because it was a young lady whom was new and still learning. Either way I enjoy it here and would recommend to all.

I'm very disappointed with my food this time. I ordered a chili/cheese dog, and when I took it to my son, it was a half burned hotdog on a hard bun! No chili, no cheese! Plus, my hamburger and my fries were cold. It wasn't busy, and i didn't have far to drive, so my stuff was cold at the store. Most of the time, I really like this DQ, this time was not so good!

they gave me and my family watery ice cream dessert and it took like a billion years to get new ones and the employees seem scared an always call the manger for minor small issues , don’t come here it’s a waste of money
Ice cream banana split experience. I believe DQ are known for great ice cream selections. I like the banana split. But this needs to be rectify. Ice cream shouldn't melt in 5 mins. Come on DQ! Will be looking for a new place.

The only reason I can see this place having 4 stars is because of the food. Just because dairy queen in general is good food. But this specific dairy queen has THE worst atmosphere and workers. I live right across the street, so I go very often and each time I go, the whole vibe just makes me want to leave. The owners attitude is terrible, the way he speaks to customers is very hostile and not friendly. The other employees all just have a terrible attitude. It’s never enjoyable to be inside and as much as I go there, you would think they would wanna keep my business but I guess not lol. I already complained to corporate about this store. Hopefully they do something about this place.

Ridiculous store hours and options for food. I went to this location because my spouse was craving DQ and she's working in Boerne Texas and I was going to go pick her some up to surprise her before this store closed I got there right barely at 9:30 and they told me that they were only serving ice cream at the time. I understand if it was like 5 maybe 10 minutes before they closed but that's ridiculous then they should put a noticeable sign saying that after 9:30 they stop making any kind of food even appetizers. And everybody was rude in there. I went there 2 hours earlier to get some food for me and my son and they were completely rude and when I called before making the trip over here to find out what time they close the guy that answered the phone was very rude and made me feel like I was in trouble just for calling to inquire what time they closed. This place needs to be reevaluated when it comes to who's running the store cuz I know that DQ is franchise owned and if the owner of this location allows it to happen then that's pathetic for an owner in the state of mind
