The cashier was very rude over charged me. When I brought it to her attention she was rude. She said well thats what you said. Didnt even want to refund me and just gave me attitude. Her name is Laura. Very disappointed in her service!!!

I understand this location stays busy, however after being disappointed about the sold out new crunchy cone, I received rude service from the cashier. Being condescending was unnecessary. Other crew members were kind.

They charge you for extra things in your blizzard don't add them then get mad at you for telling them your order is wrong. Don't recommend

Dairy Queen I really enjoy eating footlongs as your store always a great product always good service you have an older lady there during the day I think her name was Maria I could be wrong with the name but she gives excellent service I really enjoy when she's there and she serves me with a smile. Your chili on your foot long is always good and I like the fact that you don't charge for extra onions and pickles. Thank you for great food thank you great service I will continue going back for those reasons
Was a good place for shakes but this is the second time I ordered a shake what I got was a chocolate milk it was cold but not thick at all

Ordered a blizzard on Door Dash, cup had a hole in the side which they patched up with 3 stickers. Then while eating the ice cream I realized I was chewing on a piece of Styrofoam ?

I tried ordering a doordash blizzard from this store and they refused to give my driver a spoon because I thought a spoon was implied with ice cream. I will not be eating here again
