Every time I go here fries are cold, chicken strips taste like they’ve been fried in old fish oil.. And worse of all the manager should be cleaning toilets with his His Lack of customer service skills… Whoever trusts that guy to run the store, should revaluate their decision. He’s a horrible leader… All he’s doing is losing customers…big Hispanic guy, full head of dark hair , little belly on him…absolutely horrible customer service never received worse in my life.

Horrible customer service!! Bought a few blizzards and regular ice cream to go. Once home, I noticed a bad odor and coloring, which also tasted like rotten dairy. I called the restaurant to notify them and see if they can replace them. Not only was I accused of lying, but I was told the a refund wouldn't be possible. I told the manager I wasn't looking for a refund, simply an exchange of the uneaten product. She said you can buy more or call corporate.
What kind of service is this? I will not be buying from this franchise any longer. Only takes that one rude employee to ruin it.

We went at night and ordered 4 tacos. We were served one short which was my 80 year old mom. The manager told us we had to bring the whole order back with the receipt for him to give us the one we were short. In other words he didn't believe an old woman or me that we were telling the truth. Worst customer svc ever. Don't go there.

I do not like how when I come hear the lady taking the orders is always rude i barely come to this location the three times we ordered here it is the same....also i have ordered half steak and chicken strips for the basket before and I was told that they do not do half steak and half chicken strips....it was a different location that I had order this but I do not understand why it would be a problem for this location🤷♀️🤦♀️

Dispite being in an old neighborhood, this location stays busy, but they are always fully staffed. I have been here several times now and the service is always quick and professional; love it. I have even gotten help with menu items.

First, I have to tell everyone, that if your in a hurry and you want quick service don't come here. I know my first time i waited for a bit in the drive thru but my goodness it was worth it.. My food was freah, hot and delicious. I actually got a chance to dine in also and was very pleaased with the resturant and the staff, again a wait, but let me tell you, if my food is going to be fresh and good, I'll wait for it any day. the only reason i went in because the drive thru was out to the road. Now this should tell you somethning about this Dairy Queen. To put it blount, I'LL BE BACK...
