We randomly come here, but when we do the people in drive are always thru. They don’t give us much time to order when we still looking at the menu and pause for a few seconds they tell us the total. We have to tell them we aren’t done ordering. Now I see why they have 3 * hopefully be my last time going there.

I would rate this Dairy Queen a zero if I could. My husband and I went for the BOGO Blizzard but didn’t know we needed the DQ Texas app. When we asked for help, the employee was rude, simply saying, “It’s on the DQ app.” After struggling to find it, he snapped at us again.
When we reached the window, the older gentleman seemed unfriendly and dismissive. He was all tatted up from his arms up it looked like. He yelled at us to turn our phone around for the code, then threw our ice cream out the window without any acknowledgment. The ice cream was messy and my husband received the wrong order. When we requested lids, he tossed them to us and took a long time to return with what we asked for, clearly annoyed.
By the time we got home, my ice cream was already melted, and for reference, we live just five minutes away. This experience was very disappointing, and I suggest DQ find staff who genuinely care about customer service.

Kind of gross, food is hit and miss, sometimes burnt. The kids love it for ice cream stops, though.

I love Dairy Queen especially their ice cream but like a review I just saw the ice cream is all melted. I went yesterday and I added banana in my French silk pie blizzard. (There was no banana) they also charge 59 cents each topping u add. Instead of replacing my blizzard they said next time we won’t charge u for the banana what kind of manger is that?? Seriously maybe lower your prices if you all aren’t efficient enough! My blizzard should be replaced period! Will start going to the other Dairy Queen around the way hopefully better. Ty.

Pulled through the dive thru service was horrible. I was asking questions about the menu items and employee had an attitude
the response was " whatever is on the board." Got my blizzards and they were melted and poorly made.

My fiancé tried to apply and she has a slight speech impediment and the manager working there ended up mocking her over the phone and then tried to speak Chinese or something it was incredibly and unfathomably disgusting and disrespectful, she got off the phone in tears because of how she was treated and I will make sure to tell everyone how the managers treat people and possible customers
