Always a great stop for me but service is just getting slower and slower.. Even when its not busy!!

This is our family’s favorite DQ. Every time we come here, I see all the employees working hard to get orders out quickly, and they’re always on top of things. There’s actually a DQ closer to us, but we drive a little farther to this one because the service is just better. We really notice and appreciate the effort. They keep us coming back! Plus, we've never had any issues with our orders here.

The workers are crabby and the older gentleman at the window yelled at me because I was asking 1 too many questions about the kids menu and their dairy free ice cream and snatched my card out of my hand!

The food is good and has always been, but the prices are definitely in the higher range. Compared to other burger and shake establishments, they are definitely the most expensive.

The burritos are awesome here & the soft serve ice cream is great too. The do need to update the whole indoors & add a play gym for kids to play in. Since so many families go there to get sweets. Maybe if they did that more people would dine in more so than now.
Great professionalism seen today. This Karin in the drive through demanded tomatoes off her taco at the window even though there's 3 signs. Threw a bit of a tantrum but the manager complied. They had the tomatoes removed and brought it to her she kept saying there better not be any tomatoes on it and that she could taste even if there was one. Manager and window man handled the tantrum very professionally, a lot better than I could have. Besides that, I've never had a problem with service here and the food is always hot. One of the only DQs I'll go to.

I got the viral cookie crunch parfait ice cream, and cookies were good but the chocolate was really hard overall it was ok

Steven and his team knocked it out of the park, greeted us with a smile !! Kyle took our order and repeated my order back to us. This store was very clean and the food was hot and fresh !! We will definitely be back !!

Very very rude employees! I just went here to puck up an uber, i was waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to pay attention to me and when i finally got an old lady’s attention she told me “Oh well you have to wait” excuse me? I was already waiting for a long time. Aren’t uber delivery’s supposed to be made already? Never coming here to pick up or even eat here. I wish I could give it +0 stars.
