First off, I'm sorry for stopping by an hour before yall closed! It was my daughters last night in town and they dont have Dairy Queen where she attends school so we wanted to get a visit in before she flew out the next day.
Anyway, to the employees: I tried so hard not to cry at the store that I had to walk away and sit at a table and wait for my husband to finish ordering... my son is 7 and has autism and adhd. With that comes a condition called echolalia. He was chatting yalls heads off and every single one of you were so polite and sweet. We truly truly dont get that. We get stares, we get criticism, we get emotional abuse and have even been followed to our car. But yall were just so nice.
The cashier with the beautifully colored hair, mija thankyou thankyou thankyou! I'm trying not to cry as I type this because having my son be SEEN by people is what I wish for every single day and yall gave us that. He wasnt ignored, he was respected and he even understood that. He has been telling me since that day that he wants to go back and when I get paid again, we will.
I just cant thank yall enough and I hope the owners see this! Yall have amazing employees! Even the drive thru employees were very nice, everyone was helping everyone. It was a well oiled machine.

I don't know why this dairy Queen doesn't have five stars. Let's talk about the food. The cheeseburger - the vegetables fresh and the bacon was CRUNCHY!! The chicken fried steak strips are GINORMOUS! We upgraded to large fries and drinks and we couldn't finish them! Generous portions is an understatement! The fries were perfect! Hot, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Staff was friendly, helpful & smiling! Dairy Queens across the country, take note! THIS IS HOW YOU DQ!! ❤️

I obviously can't speak for all of them, but most of the employees I've interacted with have been so rude or unprofessional. Takes a while to get through and get your food. Food itself is fine when you get the right order, but the attitude of the employees just makes me not want to go back.

A to go order and this is a Senior Rehabilitation facility they did not put a lid on the drink they didn't bag the food I had to ask them to give me and they gave me the bag to bag myself and the lid to put the lid on there poor customer service and no smile

The workers had no gloves on handling the food and were being very rude they should no respect and didn’t care about the germs they could be giving everyone. I ask for a cup holder and they tried throwing my drinks in a bag with no cup lid on I had to stop they and the manager just watched them treat me with disrespect
