these workers are so unprofessional and rude. You better know what you want before getting to the speaker because they are not helping you! Every time i come i leave with good ice cream but am overall bad expierence

This Dairy Queen does a great job. They are always friendly and serve with a smile. The treats are always delicious. I have a DQ closer to my home, but drive the extra to this one because it’s right all the time. Thanks to all who work here and to the management. Keep up the good work!

As other reviewers have stated, the employees working here are so unprofessional. I’m specifically speaking of a man and woman at the front counter on 8/6. Attitudes, rolling eyes, being impatient, not being helpful. RUDE RUDE RUDE. There was no air conditioning so maybe they were all disgruntled about that, but just beyond awful experience for how they treated myself and my children. I was getting a photo of the menu board to post and was scolded by the man who demanded “I better not be in that photo”…no sir, you were not, nor would I have done that.
Food was mediocre. Wouldn’t come back to this location ever again. It was convenient as we were on that side of town, but won’t ever stop in again. Hopefully they got the air conditioning issue fixed because it was not pleasant to sit inside and the ice cream melted very quickly where my kids couldn’t finish theirs.

They don’t dip cones anymore because ice cream is too soft according to window employee. They gave the cones without napkins after handling money. Nor returning.

Customer service is atrocious. The pink haired girl taking our order continued to mess up our order and when corrected her only response was “That’s what I said”. The same girl brought our food out, which was at no surprise, wrong and then refused to fix it and walked off waving her hand.

Closest place to ice cream but it's not that bad Yeah the people may not be smiling but if you ask them how their day is , they actually start smiling and interacting with customers. Everyone wants to be acknowledged that's all it is. So customers but kind not entitled.
The young lady at the driver thru was so nice (even when I added a blizzard at the window). The food was fresh and delicious. I like the fact that they were organized and quick.

Took my daughter yesterday her first time at DQ, after her interaction and service it’ll be her last. My daughter is normally very confident but after the asking a few questions about the menu she became very nervous due to the cashiers attitude and snippy responses. I explained it’s her first time here and received a response of is that all. No one was in line behind us there were more people in the kitchen than the dining area and only one car in the drive thru. My daughter ended up with an Oreo blizzard apparently cookies and cream isn’t an option anymore, and I was told “ you can get yours out of the cooler”. I used to love Dairy Queen, but definitely didn’t receive a friendly or even inviting atmosphere. Mind you it was 4 in the afternoon, and they literally had no pressure of a line.
