My husband and I went to DQ and the service was horrible there. We were standing in line for at least 10-15 min waiting to order while there was at least 4 employees behind the counter, not one but four! Not once did any one of them bother to even at least acknowledge us and at least say someone will be right with us or anything. We were the only ones standing in line, nobody in front or in back of us. Finally my husband spoke up and asked if there’s someone we can order from while I was ready to just walk out the door. I’d like to give another try especially since we live so close but not with the customer service like that. Hopefully it won’t be like that again.

The manager likes to yell at paying customers and call the cops on them. Don't eat here. There's better fast food places.

This location is the sorriest location around they will lose a lot of business from my family and I after today I will have all my family members plus friends leave them a bad review just over the way they handle customers then call the police don’t replace the order no refund for the burnt chicken they gave me along with what they called an order of fries it wasn’t even half an order they gave to my neice I also do door dash and will let my customers know never to order from this location you’re lucky you even got a one only cuz I had to put a star but you deserve a big fat 0

Went through the drive thru, got three combos. All with medium drinks two with lite ice one with no ice. I looked at the receipt and they charged me .25 cents each for the two with lite ice and .50 for the one with no ice so a total $1 and nevermind the $1 but for lite/no ice is crazy. That’s like half the price of a whole other drive, with no ice and lite ice I’m not getting half of another drinks worth. I don’t mind paying extra for add ons but ICE I’m sorry but I’m not getting that much more drink to be charged a $1. Also tried to call the store just to see why and no answer at all called like 4 times
Customer service sucks!! There’s no pride in their work.

Friendly but I ordered 3 chocolate extremes and a royal chocolate extreme. They are vanilla basically. Pictures show. And I didn't get my royal spoon :( The guy at the window only turned upside down one blizzard and the rest he did not because they are melting. Bummer.

Great service, very friendly. The food was good, wife got the hunger buster w/cheese and I got the country fried steak basket both were hot and fresh and then 2 peanut buster parfeits all very good and the service was great.
I received an order yesterday. Manager who was rude trying to blame on door dash for the food they MADE !! My bread was not toasted at all and he said the reason why was that they made it rule each store is different then later said it’s customer preference. I was a customer who did not prefer white bread. Fries were hard not cooked at all. He got upset because I caught him in his lies and he hangs up lol. Never will order from this location
