Took forever for no one to be in line... Asked for 2 things and I didnt get charged for 1 so I didnt get it and she didnt give me the option to just pay at the window for it. Horrible customer service

Cashier Lady charged us for 8 fish sandwiches when my elderly grandmother clearly stated one fish sandwich single and me and my grandpa got 2 combos sandwiches why would she want 8 single fish sandwiches ontop of that the place was messy

I went to this restaurant today and I love going to just have a cone. The food was good but the service and atmosphere of the place was terrible. Seeing as most of the workers are teenagers and to hear that the assistant manager was berating and cursing at them was unacceptable. Farida as her name tag stated was very unprofessional for people to be in the building which lets me know she not only doesn’t respect the employees but the business altogether. Speaking to children that way is never okay!! And I hope something is done ASAP!

Whole store was super clean, nothing on floor, al tables were clean and there was over 5 staff there to make sure the customers were taken care of. Great job. Thank you to the Owner for responding. We will definitely be back. ❤️

7-6-25 Food was good but the atmosphere was very dirty. You could see every table was dirty. I literally had to ask the counter lady to clean out table so we could sit down. She proceeded to clean the rest but no sweeping. She stood around most of the time we were there. I used to work at DQ 25 yrs ago. I know how to run the counter dining and drive through. We won't be back. Floor was still dirty. Management needs to step up.

I wish I could rate more on here..10/10!!!!! This is place is awesome dude!!! Me and my family go almost every other week.We are regulars.the food is quick,fresh,and tasty!!! And the ice cream..is SO GOOD.never packed but even when it’s rush hour they are killing it.last night I went and there was only 3 people including the manager running the whole place during rush hour and they killed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can tell they treat the employees welll they never seemed annoyed always happy!!!.Worth every single dollar.shout to the manager cause he is running it very well.

I ordered three chicken strip baskets, cost me $24. They forgot one basket, said they did not charge me for it and wanted $10 more. The food tasted terrible. I found a cockroach sitting on my table but quickly got rid of it, so no one else will see it. I hadn’t been to a DQ in probably 10 years and now I remember why!

all I can say is yall make sure yall have you’re CORRECT food before you leave out that drive thru. We ordered 3 chicken strip meals-regular, spicy, and buffalo sauced. They put 2 regular meals and 1 spicy meal. Which was wrong. While on the phone with the manager he says they ran out of buffalo sauce and that he’s sorry his worker didn’t inform us. He offered to replace the meal if we brought the food back. Mind you we live in Leon valley. We were only in that area for lookout park. He wanted me to drive 25 mins back over there and another 25 mins back home AFTER we just drove 25 mins home. Very poor management. Very poor customer service. We also WAITED 20 mins after paying just for them to give the wrong food.

I just went and ordered a blizzard and a banana split, both were melted when they were given to us. it's always really slow when we go, dairy queen ain't what it used to be.
