This is definitely a hit or miss DQ place. Most times it is a miss. Ordered a Heath Blizzard. It came with a lid and was thinner than a milkshake. No explaination was given. No greeting from the staff No thank you. Bad service overall. Way over priced for the item I recieved. Too many misses to ever go back. Shame, Iike DQ.

i went by today for a frosted animal cookie blizzard and they just gave me a vanilla blizzard with a TINY bit of pink dye no cookies or sprinkles anything. will not be coming back to this location employees all were not using gloves

Place looks like a dump. I saw workers making blizzards and they were attempting to throw trash in a can and missed it. They just left it a mess. I saw one lady working the drive-thru and cleaning the dining floor. She was the only one working. The cook looked disgusting. The counter top is a complete disaster.

Why does it take 20 minutes to get some chicken strips? I would understand if they were busy, but they were not.Bad service and rude employees!
They have got to do something about there “technique,” for closing the line at night. Got in line at 9:35pm last night, there was a yellow truck, a white car, and a grey suv in front of me, plenty of time right?!…WRONGI have no idea what those people ordered, but waited in line until 10:16pm (when they finally finished with those THREE cars mind you) one of the 3 guys working in there that I could see finally had worked up the nerve to get on the speaker whisper to me that they were closed??And that was after they realized I wasn’t going to leave when they started turning off the lights, and pretend that they didn’t see us while they were cleaning??At this point it was the principal of the thing, I’m pretty sure I didn’t want my baby eating anything prepared by people this in a hurry to leave. They had time to hand out ice cream to people walking up to the window (cutting the line) but when it was my turn…“…ugh…so..sorry sir, we’re clos…closed.”

I did drive thru.. it's been Many years since I've eaten here. Glad I tried it again. Staff was very friendly and food was very hot and fresh. Worth the drive thru wait. I'll be returning.

My food was just wrapped in paper, not even in container, it took forever for my food. I just saw them talking inside, like come on, talk and prepare please. I have no idea what they were doing in there. I would expect long wait when there’s a long line but we were the only ones there when we went. They made us park and wait when there was no one else there and by then maybe 2-3 people already got their order! Horrible service, horrible management! Fast food service, this one should be called slow food service. I hope I don’t have to go back to this place again.
