Worst double burger I have ever had strange after taste.The fries were not packaged properly and fell out in the bag. I was standing there waiting for 20 minutes while my food was on the counter in the back. I could not finish my meal from the taste of the food.

I arrived 14 minutes before closing, only to find that the drive-thru was already shut down. I specifically drove 11 minutes out of my way to this location because the service at the DQ near me has been consistently disappointing with their horrendous service, and I was hoping for a better experience here. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
I understand employees are ready to head home near closing time, but customers should still be served up until the posted hours. It’s frustrating to make the effort only to be turned away early. Experiences like this are why my opinion of Dairy Queen service continues to decline. I really hope management starts holding locations to a higher standard.

Good location, and nice people. I go there more often than I should for a large reese's extreme blizzard. 😋
Edit: I went for my blizzard fix at about 6pm March 20 not knowing it was free cone day. The drive through line was so long there were 5 cars lined up on Thousand Oaks just waiting to be rear ended omg people are crazy! 🤣🤣

Horrible dont go here they have no clue what they are doing
The place was dirty, staff didn't acknowledge us for 10 mins while we waited around
Service was acceptable. Noisy background made communication somewhat difficult to hear from quiet cashier.
Order was somewhat timely, but when we got home one of the Reese's Blizzards was underfilled by about a quarter of the cup.
Great food, wonderful service, very clean.
