Lately the French Fries have been fresh just tell the crew not to re use old food especially when I'm spending over $25 drive thur alittle slow but normally they ask me to drive to the front cause there making my items fresh but on the 23 th I order 2 ice cream the guy in front was waiting for his order and my ice cream was melting If I can move to the front then others can too and please have them not make the ice cream cups till we're in the window

Paid for a MEDIUM hot fudge Sunday and they served me a SMALL one that didn't even stick over the top of the small container. Then the so called hot fudge no longer tasted like the old fudge( nasty taste).

We all understand wanting to be done with work but posted hours are exactly that! Do what you are paid for! Beyond that, insane gnats all over. Management, get your team please. This isn't that hard

I called on Tuesday to place an order for a birthday cake to be picked up on Saturday, 8/2. I spoke with a woman who took my order over the phone. We agreed on a 10” ice cream cake with vanilla and chocolate layers, fudge in the middle, white icing, blue borders, and “Happy Birthday” written on it.
When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was nowhere to be found. The guy helping me checked the fridge at least five times and couldn’t find anything under my name or matching the description. Then he tried to give me a random cake from the fridge that looked nothing like what I ordered. I told him it definitely wasn’t mine.
Next, he brought out a cake under someone else’s name — Mae — which was slightly closer but still wrong. Finally, he pulled out a plain yellow and white cake and claimed that was mine.
I was trying to stay calm, but by this point, I was frustrated. Another employee came over and said, “Well, this is all we have, so this must be yours.” I explained — again — exactly what I ordered. This cake was plain, had no writing, no blue borders, and didn’t match what was discussed.
No one apologized. No one offered a solution. I was basically told to take it or leave it. I even pointed out how upsetting it would be if this cake actually belonged to someone else and they ended up with the wrong one too.
I had no choice but to take the cake since my event was about to start and I didn’t have time to go anywhere else. The guy wrote on it last minute, but again, no apology, no accountability, nothing.
This location is extremely unorganized, poorly managed, and clearly not paying attention to customer orders. I won’t be ordering here again.

This is a great Dairy Queen! The food was hot and fresh. We also enjoyed eating in the dining room which was very nice and clean. I highly recommend! Definitely the best DQ I’ve had in San Antonio

It's a classic DQ serving great DQ treats fast and friendly. Their blizzards are so much better than sonic, they don't taste artificial like the other place. Not too many DQs around anymore, which makes this place even more special! 🎶🎶🎶DQ that's what I like about Texas! 🎶🎶🎶

Everytime I come here the food absolutely smacks! or slaps as the kids say...I love this spot. Clean, bright, and retro in a good way. Super clean bathroom with an absurd amount of space, water was so hot I think it can easily scald an elderly person, only complaint is the hand dryer works about as well as an asthmatic penguin breathing on your hands. Other than that 10 out 10 fast food.

Although the food was great and the staff was amazingly polite, the actual cleanliness of the store need is more attention. I would recommend anyone to go to this DQ despite the dirty tables and sticky floor. It is summer... I'm sure DQ is extremely busy.
