Veronica must be the absolute WORST fast food service manager I have ever encountered. Her employee refused to give my husband out to-go order (from the website) and with the confirmation and then she had no idea what was happening after that. Their employees are not trained. Veronica was extremely rude and told me it’s not her job to “take orders”. Kinda literally the job.

Diary Queen now serving black bananas? Disgusting. Yall don’t got fresh fruit anymore? I cut these out of my Banana Split and put it in the lid to take this picture. Half of the banana was fresh (as it should be) and the other part (which is this picture) was black. Nasty. 0 Stars. 0/10.

Had a good experience with this location. We ordered both food (tacos) ? and desserts.? We had a somewhat extended wait for our order but finally received it made fresh to order about 15 minutes later. The people were friendly enough and all in all a pleasant experience. I would certainly agree in returning to this location again.

I only got an ice cream cone via the drive through. I don't know their food. My personal experience with this particular location had always been good. Very friendly employees.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. EMPLOYEES ARE LITERALLY MISERABLE SINCE THEY DON'T SMILE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. STARTED FIGHTING WITH ME OVER CHICKEN STRIPS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WAITED AN HOUR JUST FOR THEM TO GIVE ME 2 LIL PIECES OF CHICKEN AND NOT REMAKE MY FOOD. THEY NEED TO FIX THIS PLACE. The photo is the comparison between the "strips" also my burritos are bad. Smeel like the meat went bad.

The food was cold and they didn't heat the bread and the lettuce and tomato tasted sour and it took them about 30 minutes to give me the order.

I would like to say that I went into this restaurant at my sos request. He had just won his bball tourney and was hungry. We both ordered, and I requested #2 with no lettuce, no tomatoes, light mayo, light mustard, and light ketchup. Me and my son sit, bless our food and begin to eat. I got a burger that had lettuce, and only mustard. I took the burger back and informed that lady that had just taken my order of the problems with the burger, and she asks me for the receipt which I told he I threw away. They do make my burger again as she wrote on receipt paper what I had ordered. I get the second burger, and while the burger was prepared correctly it was a single patty ( I ordered a double). I took it back and to keep from having the burger incorrectly prepared the second time I asked for a refund. After about 10 minutes the manager came and told me she needed the receipt. I just said I don't have the receipt, she said they could not do anything if there was no receipt. So I said it's cool dont worry about it and walked off. So after two failed attempts I did not get my food because I failed to keep my receipt. I guess I messed up my burger twice too. I guess Dairy Queen got it right the first time.
