If I could give 0 stars I would this Dairy Queen stole my money. I asked to cancel an order and for a refund since I got sick of waiting after 20 minutes for only a banana split! The manager couldn’t even come out to speak with me she had the cashier walking back and forth to communicate with me. I asked the cashier twice if I was refunded to make sure since he never handed me my original receipt back and just gave me receipt that said reprint on the top and he said yes! I paid with card and I still haven’t got my money back to my account. I contacted the owner of this Dairy Queen and waiting on a response back. If I get my refund I will delete this review.

Very clean and friendly!! this is our favorite DQ, we love the caramel cupfection for dessert.?
Fresh food. Ice cream was very good. The restrooms were clean. They sometimes take cash only due to the credit card machine not working. You do need to buy something to use the restroom to get the code on the receipt as well. Staff is friendly.

Great ice cream you can see that the staff was lacking enough people but the person who waited on me had a good attitude which was great. I've been there a few months ago and there was still short on staff back then.

They were slammed and short staffed from what it looked like. But the team was awesome and legit.Helped everyone with a great Attitude. And moved with a sense of urgency which I appreciate. All the lobby was messy, but again I could tell they were trying. Good job guys keep up the good work.

WOW. The woman who claimed to be the general manager was down right EVIL. She was unnecessary cruel and condescending. I have never had such a terrible experience ordering fast food, let alone with a human being! Whoever put her in charge needs to be reprimanded right along with her. Please get smart and get rid of her. ?
