My first time going for dine in. *I usually go through drive thru with no problems. But when I enter the store right of the bat I was met with attitude from this one younger girl. I believe the name was Clarissa, but all I know it I'll stick to drive thru thank you.

Dolores is an amazing employee, me & my children greatly appreciated her work ethic & appreciate how great she was at trying to help her customers. She made our dinning at this establishment a positive experience! She ran after a customer after he forgot his ice cream, not a lot of people will go out their way to! Thank you Dolores for just being a great person, DQ should be proud to have a great employee like you!

Ok this is my neighborhood DQ been coming here since I was a kid growing up it’s always been a treat. It’s not the food but the service. Todays date 2/08/2025 at 4 pm I paid for to upsize my drink don’t care too much about the fries even though that was half full. So when you young girl handed me a Med size I looked at my receipt to make sure I did pay for it. Politely mentioned to the young girl I paid for a large. And this is what I get my cup full to the top with ice Wowwwww!!! The lack of just being a good person you know what was that taken away from you? Did you buy the ice? Why are these kids so freaking spiteful and rude do your freaking job do it well if not, don’t freaking work.

Guy at the window really seems like he hates being there, very rude and really needs customer service training. Also how they managed to do a banana split wrong is beyond me seems pretty simple. Please work with your associates. I know we are on the westside but goodness you can smile, say hi, and say thank you jeez.
The food was served semi fast. The food was alright not the best but it hits when you are craving it. The bathrooms are for customers only. This is a good thing since it prevents homeless people and dirty people from destroying them. A complaint I have is that the restaurant is painted almost completely grey inside. The grey kind of makes it seam like a facility rather than a restaurant. I have ordered steak fingers, chicken fingers, tacos, chocolate dipped cones, hunger buster hamburger, and banana split and they have all been of decent quality.
Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly and I believe they have a kids menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would say the place is somewhat wheelchair accessible

The quality of food has gotten poor since I last was there I try to address it and manager Jose didn’t show interest or concern why I was unsatisfied of my visit I think that very unprofessional on his behave.

I haven't had Dairy Queen in a few years, and I remembered the crispy Tacos used to be soo good, still are. I can't believe they're 600 to 1,000 calories according to the drive-thru menu. I used to love the steak fingers, but they're soo heavy. The Jalitos are unique and good. The Blizzards are all great. But today, I just had the tacos. It was tempting to get 6 of them 😆
