Extremely rude service overcharged me on a substitution one for one item. Wouldn’t correct receipt and closed window on me walking away. Great way to treat a father with his family on Father’s Day buying treats . Won’t ever go back. Employee DT-2 complained she worked double shift and didn’t want to be there. Annoyed at me for asking for napkins with order.
Update; no response or anything from store or management. Choose wisely where you spend your money!

I usually enjoy coming to this Dairy Queen location — it's been one of my go-to spots, especiallywhen I’m craving a Blizzard. But during my recent visit, I had a really uncomfortable experience with one of the employees. I don’t know her name and she didn't want to tell me. I asked for her name and she said why did you need her name. She was short, dark complexion, and wearing a blue shirt.
From the moment I walked in, she gave me rude looks and came off with a lot of attitude. When I tried ordering a Blizzard, I was told they were out, so I got a peanut buster parfait. I also placed an order for my siblings, and I noticed she tried to overcharge me. When I asked about it, she didn’t respond kindly and continued giving me uncomfortable looks the entire time.
This location is normally great, but her attitude has really changed the vibe for me. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works on ensuring all guests are treated with kindness and respect.

Staff was rude my bestie ordered before me then I ordered separately and they gave me her drinks like they were mine. The attitude they had was like I'm here at work but I don't want to be there and, they were rude to other customers too! Used to be good but went down hill!

The employee that was taking our order was very rude and rushed us to order. The food took a while for us to get it and it was just warm. The manager wouldn’t talk to me about it and when I called after I got home the manager just hung up on me. Worst customer service ever and food was horrible.
Slowest service every time we come here. No one is dressed appropriately. I just watched the guy making the deserts scratch is butt and continue making orders. His pants are falling down. Multiple people are dressed like they just got out of bed. There is no sense of urgency from anyone expect one lady. The girl at the counter is slow, she walks in slow motion. When she comes up to grab your order, she doesn’t speak, just looks at you.
This side of town gets a bad rap, please give this community the service it deserves.

Had 3 blizzards and a sundae and tried the new chicken strips. Very disappointed on the ice cream we got them and all melted like they just sat there. Sad part we come here alot and this is the first time this has happen to us.

Manager tell me I gonna have my bike in the store there is no bike racks outside for me to lock it up she just tells me just put it outside the door we don’t care if anybody steals or not I will never go there if the Dairy Queen goes out of business I hope all the fast food restaurants in San Antonio go out of business
