I hadn't been to a Dairy Queen in a while due to my previous experience at the one on Fair Ave. Well this one was ok, my boyfriend's burger was cold so he wasn't happy about it. Mine was good, no complaints other than the prices, and the size of the Buns. I always take off a bunch and fold mine in half. I know it sounds weird but it's way too much bread
The service was very slow and the restaurant was not as clean as it could be. The napkin holder at the self service station had no napkins nor any spoons in the silverware dispenser.

The area manager needs to address the issues with this restaurant’s management. The team operates with no professionalism or care, resulting in poor food quality and terrible service. The staff seem more focused on joking around and chatting loudly rather than serving customers. Engaging with them feels like talking to someone who doesn’t want to be there.
I have given this location three chances, spending over $100 per visit to feed my family, but the experience keeps getting worse. The only reason I came back was for the ice cream, but after this final visit, I won’t be returning. Instead, I’ll drive an extra five minutes to Chick-fil-A, where they actually value my business.

Women with stars on her mask had a bad attitude on druve through window. If you don't like your job you need to step down. You don't yell at ppl trying to hurry them up when ordering botch!!!

Went 40 min before close to the drive thru. No tea what so ever, no crispy tacos or no chicken and dumplings even though there's a huge sign that advertised it. Burgers were dry as if they were make ahead or just overcooked However the drive thru attendant was very helpful and patient. my only advice, go when it's not close to closing time.

Very disappointing. Needed a drink change so after the drive through, I went inside. However, upon entering the establishment, one of the employees burst through the entrance, in turn shoving me and saying "Excuse me" after she had already passed. Careless and rude to say the least. Will not be back to this location, which is sad because now I have to travel even farther into the city for something as simple as ice cream.

I thought blizzards came with lids?! Mine sure didn’t and the drive thru girl was very impatient and rude for no reason…like our order did not take long to order so her rude service was unnecessary

Dairy Queen is a staple in Texas! This is our go to for dessert, as well as dining! There is ALWAYS a wait in the drive thru, but it's worth it! On this particular visit, we just ordered two blizzards. After we drove away, my son said his tasted"different". When we got home we looked at it, and it was incorrect. So next time we will make sure to check it before we leave. Other than that, we LOVE DQ , and will continue to visit this location on SE Military Dr, by Presa St.
Parking: Sitting area outside as well as inside

Go to the Fair location, not this one. They never seem to take part in any of their advertised specials. Almost always out of small cones, the tacos we got were okay but greasy. Their drink selection is bad, especially if you're diabetic. Their service is on and off and they need their franchise owners to get with the game, because they're way off base with how this location operates. Cannot recommend them at all.
Dietary restrictions: They only had sweet tea out, we're diabetic so we can't have that.
