People need to stop over exaggerating about the blizzard being upside down yeah I’ve always got a blizzard. It is always turned upside down in front of me. Never falls out. Lady left a review a bad review over that when she probably came to the drive-through that she realized that she’s not in in Texas
The girl working said they didn't have flushed or mister misty. So I got a banana split blizzard she put a coke lid on it.wasmt made right Bottom line lazy

I seldom write restaurant/food reviews, but I think I need to write one and hope the management reads it. I dont know if its just me or others have noted this, but whats going on with their blizzards, like that is a DQ staple item and every time I get one, its melting and not what they advertise, a frozen dessert in a cup that can be flipped upside down without it dripping out, like what happened to that. Every time I order one, its already prepared stored in a freezer which apparently doesnt do a good job of keeping it frozen. And this isn't just one location, I have tried this several times at two different locations and the same result, the blizzard is already melting by the time they hand it to me. I know texas heat is unforgiving but cmon it shouldn't be like that either. I don't know anything about their food as I dont get anything else from there. So, management, please fix your staple item. Thank you.
I'm paying $15 for my order to find out they don't have soda or tea just water they said would, I like a milkshake then to find out no milk I asked just hive me a ice cream they said no sorry can't do that so I just said refund my money made a face the hole order I said yes

My three daughters walked in and ordered three cones at 8:33pm. Thirty minutes later and they had yet to receive their cones. My youngest went to tell the girl at the counter that they hadn't received the cones and ALL three girls behind the counter thought it was funny and laughed! They informed her that they were working on it, so my daughter went to sit and wait. Fifteen minutes later and still no cones. During this whole time other customers were getting their orders and their cones/ice cream as well. My husband finally went in and spoke to the manager who neither apologized or offered to fulfill the order. How is this okay?
