She took like 10 mins to make it then passed it to us and as always we say thank you, she didn’t even bother looking at us or saying you're welcome. Just because your life is miserable doesn’t mean you need to reflect it onto others that has nothing to do with anyone.

Let’s start with the customer service ZERO customer skills. The drive thrue girl definitely not a lady because she speaks to customers like trash she hates her job & she is a reflection of it terrible experience 1st with they were out of cheesecake put a sign on the drive thrue so you won’t be soo annoyed taking customers orders or maybe switch jobs where your not serving people food you leave a bad taste in customers experience just by approaching the drive thru you reflect how much you hate the job. I requested a refund because my order was melted with in 2 min of driving away why bra she she was soo rude that left it sitting on the counter until she wanted too idk what kind of power trip she wanted to prove but girl let me tell you not at DQ hahaha once I asked for a refund she took her sweet time to call the “amazing manager “ hahaha ? i understand for equal opportunity but that manager needs to lay off some drugs no wonder the little employees be thinking they’re the owners to treating people customers like trash . Thai little employee girl needs a new job and that restaurant need a new manager that is actually running a restaurant not a drug ring .

Waited over 40 minutes because they forgot to make the order. Got the order wrong, then the girl threw a tantrum because we sent the wrong part back. Complained it was because we spoke Spanish even though she charged everything correctly and did not return the receipt. Found a small piece of soft plastic or silicone on the milkshake.

Came here today with my kids to get some blizzards. Started off the lady at the drive thru was so rude and didn’t care about anything. Got my blizzards after watching the guy making them smash them with his hands. They didn’t even bother to clean them up had. They were leaking all the way around asked for napkins lady rolled her eyes and threw me a few and slammed the window! Disgusting will not be back and wouldn’t encourage anyone else to either
