Had the worst experience here today, ordered 2 meals & was only given the drinks at the window & told to pull around to wait for my food. Once I pulled around there was 2 cars ahead & then someone behind me that ordered after me. The 2 people in front got their orders fine & this dumb lady gave the person behind me my meals !!!! She literally skipped me & they got my food & so I’m sure they just kept getting the next person behind them until I asked & they just said they had a lot of orders but I was already in line for 30 minutes ! Not exaggerating or stretching the time it was exactly 30 minutes ! That’s how I know they gave him my food because I was the only person still stuck in the line & everyone behind me was going around because they already got their food ! They were so careless about it too not even apologetic at all ! My baby was crying & I was getting so stressed because I just wanted to get out of there but no I ended up being there for almost an hour & still no food !!!! I ended up just asking for a refund because it was making me so angry how they weren’t getting me my food but serving everyone behind me ! Literally such a waste of time I hate this place

Lady seemed very mad, servings were bad, employees not happy, I love DQ with a great passion, and this one made me loose my love for ice cream. They didn’t have my pookies cherry dip, also 4 sprinkles, r u kidding me… also, didn’t mix Oreos good at all in blizzard.

This location has GOT TO BE the crappiest one in all of San Antonio by far. Moved to this area temporarily and every single time I come, I get crappy service. My bacon cheeseburger had half a slice of bacon on it.

Samya was helpful and patient. I had menu questions a d found that she was knowledgeable and the exact person to ask. She kept smiling even when another employee complained about my order request. I appreciate her being there. She deserves better than whatever you are paying her. And she is worth it for more than just her customer service. Stopped by on the way to work, no line in the drive through, ordered a single sandwich, sat outside for over 20 minutes waiting for food to come out. Had to give up because I was going to be late for work and couldn’t even speak to anybody about a refund. Horrible customer service and speed.
If I could get zero stars I would. They completely messed up our order. When we called to get it taken care of, they said we had to drive back and give them the food in order to get it replaced. The refused to give us a refund over the phone. So we drove back to the restaurant and brought the food back. They refused to accept it and still refused to give us a refund. It escalated to the point of cops being called and us being trespassed. They have zero customer service skills. Staff is extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. The location is disgusting and highly unprofessional. This location should be shut down. I rather have no Dairy Queen in a 100 mile radius than give my money to a company that supports this kind of behavior.

Every time we go there when we want ice cream it's horrible. Nobody knows what they're doing inside or the drive through. Kids standing around while they should be taking your order. And you wait an hour for your ice cream to come up. Someone needs to manage this place.
