Online it states you are open until 1am. My son who was with us purchased $45 in credits at 11:53pm because the machines allowed him to purchase. At this point he tries to play a game and sees that all the games are shut down. It’s only 12:08 a they have turned the lights off and directed us to leave. I spoke with Manager Mario and asked him if my son is able to get a refund since we do not come here very often. He told me specifically you can just come back and use those credits whenever you guys have a chance. That is very unprofessional and the fact that you guys have it posted as a different time for us to stay till compared to the time that you actually close the door is false advertisement. I expect someone above Mario to contact me and process a return for the credits purchased.

We were greeted by the management team. Chris, the GM of this location insured our sports viewing pleasures were met. The staff was amazing and our server Braylen was great.

Food was amazing! Fresh and delicious and served rather quickly. Once food was served waiter kinda disappeared had to get another beverage from manager. Great deals and great time with the kids!

Me and my family always have fun when coming here. If we have any problems with the games we let the staff know and they will refund the play back. They also have a great veterans day deal as well.

Everything was great except the waiter. He rarely came to the table and a couple times we had to go find him. We weren't in a hurry but 30 to 45 minutes between visits is terrible, and most of the time were the only table in that dining area. The front hostess was exceptional though.
