We held a watch party for our San Antonio Brahmas football team here. We had 16 people in attendance. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff from greeters at door to the management were friendly & professional. Our waitress was awesome & timely, food & drinks were really good. We'll be back!
Reservation for 20 during Final Four tournament. We were able to be seated timely and our server was attentive and friendly. No issues at all.
Tons of fun as always. Great selection of ticket prizes. Giant human claw. Great food as well. Have the sampler.

We always go there for my daughter to play. Today we went and had a bad experience since I put my money in to get the card for the games and then to change the points... both the manager and the person changing the points were unhelpful.

Food was typical D&B's, not bad but nothing to write home about. Games were working great. The that weren't when we got there were repaired before we left and still had a chance to play them.

Services wasn't good. Asked for waters for everyone and never got. Ordered queso and got nachos plus added beef so a $21 appetizer we didn't ask for. Server was hardly there and never brought us silverware someone else brought it out. On top of that 18% gratuity was automatically added to our check. Games are fun but you need a lot of coins to really get your times worth.
Wait time was high but worth it.

Our waitress was the best part of our visit. The food is way under par for the price and the customer service at the counter is HIGHLY lacking in customer service.

Yvette was an amazing server. It was our first time at Dave and Busters and we wanted to watch the fight. She provided prompt service and suggested the Cajun pasta and I loved it. 10/10 Service. We'll definitely be back.

We did not order anything to eat. We went to play games. No one was there at the front desk. We had to find someone to help us. We were told go to the front desk LOL! We finally were able to get a waitress to help us.
There was no one available to cash in our prize tickets. Very disappointed.
I am not a teenager but the group we took were special needs. I don’t expect red carpet treatment but do expect service that is advertised.

We went there to have dinner and play some pool. Unfortunately, they replaced the pool tables with dining tables. Granted, I hadn't been there in quite a while, so I didn't know the change. The food was ok.
Jolly good time

I had the salad. Some of the leaves of lettuce were brown. Not tasty at all. My granddaughter had a burger and ate the whole thing. It was piled with bacon and cheese.

We frequent this spot often, mainly for fight nights and football game days. I made a reservation thinking it would be a busy fight night, but when we arrived, it wasn't crowded, so we decided to sit at the bar, which I immediately regretted. We had to move from one end of the bar to the middle just to get greeted.
I must say, the food here is hit or miss. There are times when I leave craving it, and other times when I swear I’ll never order the dish again. The last time I was here, I ordered wings—all flats. They wouldn’t accommodate that request but did agree to make them extra crispy, which turned out to be fantastic in terms of crunch and flavor. This time, I ordered the same—flats, extra crispy. They accommodated the flat request but they weren’t crispy at all. We also ordered fries, and they came out cold, so we asked for a fresh batch. When the new fries arrived, they were clearly reheated—they were gummy, and the plate was scorching. The manager never came to address the situation, which was surprising, especially since the restaurant wasn’t packed and this is policy of most other restaurants.
On top of that, I ordered a new menu drink but when another bartender made it, I realized the previous two drinks I’d gotten were wrong. All things considered, I’ll stick to making reservations in the future and sitting in the dining room, where we typically get better service.
