I had wanted to let Denny's management know about CJ the young man was very efficient and very serviceable and carried his job with a genuine smile it is very hard to find people with these credentials coming from management myself but now I've become disabled so I just wanted to let management know please take care of this young man he represents the store and Denny's with very positive and tenacious eager to work attitude. If I could give Zero stars I would. Did not take long to seat us, but the person that was supposed to sit us didn't even let us know where to go after 10minutes. After we were seated they had us wait 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. She took only our drink order then walked off without asking if we were ready. So we literally sat there for another 30 minutes waiting on our drinks. She brought the drinks then We finally got to order our food after waiting for 45minutes. A couple sitting across from us came in 10 mins after we did and they already had their food. When she finally brought our food out after another 30 minutes it was cold,incomplete and they dropped my son's food on the floor and broke the plate so we had to sit there and wait 20 more minutes before my husband got up to speak with a manager. They told him to wait and nobody ever came, so we just got up and left after waiting for over an hour to be able to eat while others where being tended to. Worst customer service ever.

Found a black HAIR with follicle still attached in my food!!!!!! Mind you I have braids and my children are red heads!!! Currently pregnant and sick to my stomach couldn’t even finish food! Manager Diego felt $8 off was a great fix. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!!
