Today this Restaurant needed help. Unbeknownst to the team they had call ins, two servers had to manage the Door Dash orders, and the customers in the store. I then Learned the manager, Tyler, had to help cook, When I asked about the drinks coming out later. It’s today the team worked hard to accommodate all customers making sure they had what they needed and provided the reasonable explanations on wait times. Our, waitress Jennifer did a good job getting our meals to us hot. The OG Cook, Andrew, who’s been there for over 20 years, made our Pancakes fluffy, our eggs thick and picked out the ripest sweetest strawberries for my Stuffed French Toast. Keep it up Store #2380 keeping real in South Side.
