I know I made my order at 1 AM. Either way, that shouldn't reflect on the attention to detail. I originally was going to place my order over the phone, but the representative said that I would have to go into the restaurant and pay before they would even make my order because of the time and size of my order, so what's the point of phone orders? Grand Slam family pack, 8 extra sausage link, 4 extra toast, classic sampler, and milkshake pack of 2. So I decided to make the order online, especially since I had a 20% off coupon on my online account. First off, 8 eggs scrambled in this pack seems more like 5, I've ordered lumberjack slams in the past, and that had about half the eggs in this family slam pack. Everything else was fine with the food.... The main problem is that my order was officially paid online at 12:53 AM and the pickup time was 1:23 AM. I got there a little early, by 1:25 they brought out the order. No milkshakes... the server had to triple-check my receipt because I said I'm missing my milkshakes. Kind of like his first 2 looks didn't display the shakes. He walked away, I checked my food. Also was missing my side order of 8 extra sausage links. Eventually, when he came back up to the counter I told him and he said ok. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of everything just to get what I ordered. Almost 1 hour from order and payment, to receiving all of my order. They weren't busy either, so that's not an excuse. There were 6 tables of people that were all eating their food, one new table walked in right before I got everything and 2 other pickup orders behind mine. So not busy. Just not paying attention to the orders put in.

The waitress we had was horrible and rude. Not only was she rude to my table she was rude to all of the customers she had. Which was only two tables. She hollered at an elderly couple and rolled her eyes and was making faces. She just wasn’t pleasant at all and was rude for no reason.
The food is inconsistent at this Denny's. The food was terrible. The whole place smells like spilled syrup and the floors are slippery. Just take a picture of your food , walk out, and then post it. There is a reason the parking lot is always mostly empty.
