9/25 Different sever very rude ignored us coming in; Didn’t acknowledge our presence AT ALL; Seated ourselves; Became very “forgetful”; facial expressions were already showing prejudice; had to ask Elizabeth for utensils; told a guest “someone” overcrowded her area; Too Busy talking with other guests; never came back with the utensils; spoke with other guests that she is white not “red skin”; asked multiple times if we were ready for to go box; never offered refill; never came back with receipt; Elizabeth was great wish she was our server; cook was great
Excellent food came out Exactly as ordered!! There was minimal people inside we would have stayed but ordered to-go; This location is perfect for introverted people like myself and great for small families like mine! 🥰

Customer service needs to be on point. You see a customer upfront, why not ask if they need help and not just ignored them! Also the place looks dirty and not cleaned

I walked in here today with my family withluggage and I was turned away because my family and I couldn’t t go in with suitcase. Mind you we traveled from California for a military ceremony and this was just so disappointing. Never I again will we come here

We loveeeeee dennys season fries, haven’t been here in a while & came back today & they were completely different. The patties also looked different almost like a smash burger. Not much flavor on anything. Such a sad experience, hate to say but we probably won’t be back 😫

Server Vince was very attentive and got all our order right.
Decided to try a new Denny's location and went to this one....I was actually super surprised. Compared to all the negative reviews me and my family loved our overall experience there. We walked in and were immediately welcomed by our server Jenny who led us to one side of the restaurant and allowed us to pick where to sit. Our drink orders were taken and even suggested chocolate milk for the kids which made them super happy. After taking our food orders we waited for our food which was the only downside because it did take quite a while but our server assured us she was trying to get it out as quickly as possible. The entire time we waited for our food she kept checking in with us making sure our glasses stayed full and interacting with our kids keeping smiling faces all around the table. I'm super happy we decided to dine at this Denny's. It was definitely an experience the entire family enjoyed.

I do not recommend this Dennys my husband and I went for breakfast they took a while to sit you until a server came around the corner and told us to sit anywhere. While two other gentleman had seen us standing and waiting while they were answering the phone about an employee who was coming in late then walked off. It took a while for food to come out we did not even get to eat our meals due to the food being nasty. They burnt my toast slams and only discounted 4 dollars off the meal when we were trying to leave she offered to remake the meal. I requested the manager and they did not have one on shift. This establishment is very unprofessional and does not care about the customers.
