Best Mule around! Devils Mule. Atmosphere is very relaxed with differing genres of live music every night. Staff is very friendly. Comfortable seating inside or outside. Nice selection of drinks and cigars. Definitely worth a stop on your to-do list. Thank you Devils River Whiskey Distillery for an enjoyable time!!

An awesome spot for a drink and a cigar. Their bourbon is great and they make a really good old fashioned. Olive was super attentive and helpful. They also had a band playing that was very entertaining. I’ll be back for sure.

Had the flight and then old fashioned and a few cold fashioned's. All great and very friendly service. We sat downstairs and loved the vibe. Come to find out it's also possibly haunted, which was interesting as we had a strange experience in the hallway leading to the bathroom. Great whiskey, great service and interesting lore, all about it! We'll be back for sure.

My wife and I stopped by on a whim to see what they had. The "Espresso Self" was by far my wife's favorite, and the bourbon behind it was fantastic! I'll be looking to source a bottle from a local liquor store when I get home. Great work and keep it up!

Nice little spot in downtown San Antonio nor far off river walk. Staff is super friendly and talked up the town as well as the distillery itself. Ordered an old fashioned with a bourbon base and was pleasantly surprised by the overall presentation.Cozy tasting room with good live music onside when I was in. Really liked the exposure to see the distillery equipment, and loved the warm atmosphere.Only gripe was overall noise level in the place, and lack of clear direction of where to go to order or sit.

Not impressed. We have toured a couple of other whiskey distilleries in a similar price range with staff that was knowledgeable of their product, and had much better customer service. We were not greeted (or asked if we needed help checking in) when we walked in, but instead told to sit at the bar. After letting them know we were there for a tasting and a tour, the whiskey flight was served to us, with maybe a sentence or two describing all 3 whiskeys. If you are wanting an experience, this is not the place to go. The tour was maybe 15 minutes, with general information about the distilling process (basic information heard elsewhere, nothing about what makes them unique). I would only recommend this place if you are wanting cheaper whiskey before moving onto the riverwalk.

Adrian, the manager, met with us to talk about our Texas Whisky Trail experience thus far and give us a tour of the facility while we tasted what they had to offer.I must admit, I was really surprised at how great the overall atmosphere was at this place. The whisky was great for cocktails and there was ample seating throughout the 2 story building that allows for groups to spread out and enjoy their time together without being overcrowded.Overall, Devils River Whiskey has done an excellent job at creating a perfect date night, relaxation after a long day, or just a spot to enjoy a drink and watch the game & play cornhole.Thank you!

Wish I could give zero stars! After driving an hour to get to this distillery, I found out they had a private event and weren’t taking guest. No posting on their website?!?!?Done with them avoid if you can.
