Dick's Last Resort - San Antonio

The atmosphere is very dirty and sticky, napkins and food all over the floor. We got sat at a dirty table outside, and the server didn’t even wipe the table before seating us. Service was okay outside of waiting a hour for 4 meals. The food tasted like it was sitting under a warmer for ages. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Spent almost $200. for 3 people only had 2 alcohol drinks and food, not worth it. Service was like another restaurant. Other tables were having more fun and roasted on but not us. Server was too nice to us or seemed afraid to joke but was ok with other tables or just too busy too care. Food was ok burger was dry and what I wanted they ran out of and really didn’t eat my food. Will not be going there again waste of time and money.

My friends and I went yesterday for the 1st time and all I can say is that it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Oscar was just the best and I would love to come back and he be my server again

Absolutely love this place and have been going since I was a kid. The ribs are fantastic and the drinks come in a souvenir glass to take home. Cannot wait to go back.

Honestly, a great laugh indeed to make my day! The hats were funny, I will give it to you. The staff was rude but we enjoyed the rude compliments they gave us. The main reason we give it a 4 was the wait time on a slice of cheesecake, in which we waited for over 40 minutes, in reality, it should have been 10 minutes or so. The food was great. Other than that, we had a good time.

Love the service very fun to be there, everyone understands it’s only a joke as well. I saw an employee help someone down the stairs i thought that was very kind.

Mediocre food, dirty...don't look around if you eat here LOL. Staff are great, but c'mon your job is literally to make service suck :) After decades it's looking really tired.

I just want to give the management and staff at Dick’s the biggest shout out!
After a very eventful party, I had the most fun with the staff! I 100% recommend coming here for the fun environment, hilarious staff and of course the food!
Thank you again Dick’s for the fun, I’m again so sorry for any inconveniences!
Next time it will be my family coming by for the fun!!!

Waitress was beyond being rude it was not funny. She was just mean as hell. The paper hats were very offensive. I didn’t pay is why I went but I would never go again or ever recommend this stupid place. How does a place like this stay in business?

Always a fun time! Our server, RACHELLE/RASHELLE? Whatever, who cares? She was fun and obnoxious!! This place is great! We had the appetizer combo! It came out hot and fresh!! Had a great time!!
