Bella is one of the best if not the best bartenders there and all of SA. Attentive. Observant. Knows her clientele(drinks, notices when you need another round; or plain and simple have that “close me out” look. She treats everyone the same. Amazing energy. Down to earth. Helpful and sweet. Then to top it off she’s absolutelyd too gorgeous. It’s almost an unreal or surreal experience. Because, Bella makes you feel important and like one them. The owner of this establishment should be grateful for her on his/her team.

I go out for drinks around the downtown area almost every Sunday, and I’ve never encountered a place that adds a tip to your tab without your knowledge—especially after it’s been closed. This was a really disappointing experience. When I went back to ask about it, the staff member was incredibly rude and told me I was “stupid” for even asking. To make things worse, I was told there wouldn’t be a manager available until Thursday. Completely unprofessional.

I regularly go out for drinks around the downtown area every Sunday, and I’ve never experienced a business tipping themselves after closing my tab—until now. It was a horrible experience. I went back to ask for an explanation, and instead of addressing my concern, the staff member told me I was being “stupid” for asking questions. I was also informed that no manager would be available until Thursday. Completely unacceptable.

This place is a joke. Was told at the bouncers that it was $1 a shot. Went and was charged full price. When confronted about this miscommunication I was met w/ resistance, due to not tipping and then kicked out… I thought tipping was optional 🤔…. NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Bartender with braces on happy hour monday was very rude didnt care about the guest...went in after work to have a few beers and the bar where i went to sit was dirty sticky and wet so i asked her if she could clean it and i offered to help and she had attitude and was very rude about it...i never go on mondays and im going to keep it that way.. looks like some one aint happy with her job.. One of the owner's is a friend and will be notified about it.. im glad she just works mondays there... Ill stop by during the week tuesday thru sunday. cheers ? Nice spot btw... ?
Went there 4 days ago and the girl who was working there gave herself a $10 tip. Scary. Y’all try and pay with cash. I will be filling a fraud charge with my bank. I’ve tried calling the place but no one answers.

The bouncer yelled at us for leaning on the glass on the outside of the building, but we weren't even anywhere near the glass. No firing needed just better training.
