I dined here ?️ for brunch/lunch with my sister last month and the Mediterranean buffet was absolutely delicious ?!! You can sit for as long as you like, beat the extreme Texas heat by enjoying “All you can eat!” and truly get 2 meals in one sitting ??!!The meat ? ? is so tender, and the veggies ? ? , salad ? and fruit ? are so fresh ?!! The drinks ?? are absolutely refreshing ? and an absolute MUST especially in the summer time ?!! And the customer service in the front, at the buffet, and even right by our table was excellent ?!! The busboy was extremely attentive ? and promptly took away any empty plates and glasses right away ?!!Dimassi's is a really inviting and warm place ☺️ to spend with either your friends and family ❤️?! It's really nice and cool inside ? with beautiful ? restaurant decor! It gets busy on the weekends. But it doesn't feel overwhelming and you can truly have a wonderful conversation with your loved ones ?! It's also a really nice place to eat solo if you just want to come in on your own ?! I saw some people come solo and they enjoyed their meal just as much as people who came in groups ?!I heard that in my home state of CA, there is a Dimassi's in Cerritos (Southern CA) ?! So I'll have to try that one ? someday as well ?!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options ? ? for customers who can not eat meat, or who prefer not to eat meat ?!
Kid-friendliness: It is very kid-friendly. You can maneuver a stroller easily inside the restaurant and you can place a highchair right at the edge of the table.
Parking: We really liked how there is plenty of parking and it’s for free ?!
Wheelchair accessibility: I can’t remember if the entrance to the restaurant has a ramp for a wheelchair to get in.But for sure, once inside the restaurant, the restaurant is spacious enough to maneuver a wheelchair, and the tables are the proper height to tuck a wheelchair under for comfortable seating.
The food was delicious! I had to stop after 3 plates, and didn't even taste all the items. The ambiance was very nice, it was clean and modern.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and vegan options.
The food is great, authentic and price is affordable. I paid about $15 +tax. There is really no seating if you are a solo dinner. It's geared for groups. The rose water was so delicious.
Vegetarian options: They have many vegetable options, soups, salads. All delicious
Brought my nephew who didn't eat because he was picky. The lady up front said he grabbed a plate, but he didn't eat anything. I told her he is autistic and had to look at the food but decided against it. She said he still grabbed a plate, and next time he would be charged, this review is based on service and how she made us feel. The food is pretty good, I have no complaints, and I like atmosphere. I just need to work on service because I won't come back if I can't bring my nephew.
This is the newest location. Our preferred is a but further so we decided to try this one out. First impression was this location was much smaller all in one room. It seems to not have as much variety as the bigger location and food wasn't as fresh.
Many choices which is great. The food is good and options are plenty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. I like that there are gloves to wear as you serve yourself. I do wish there was feta and perhaps olives as a side. The lamb was not hot and it seemed dry. I see them refreshing the trays but not the lamb which would have been nice. Otherwise it was a overall good experience.
Love the food, freshly made and oh so much to choose from. A warm welcome at the door is the beginning of a culinary experience. Although described as Mediterranean, it has a strong Middle Eastern vibe. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Yes great food, great atmosphere and amazing value for money .
Don’t judge a book by its cover! Immune husband and was going to pass this place by because the parking lot was empty . I said let’s give it a try I love buffet and Mediterranean food. The food is so good. This place is clean and food is hot and fresh.I’m so glad we tried it. We have found a hidden gem. We will be back with our family.
This restaurant has the Most delicious Mediterranean food. I have been a customer since for over a year and I have never been to any other Mediterranean restaurant since. The garlic Dijon chicken is my favorite-a perfect layer of Dijon not overpowering of the chicken flavor, slightly golden and brown on the outside, and yet succulent chicken on the inside. I have never tried it better in San Antonio. Same review for the beef kofta, it is never dry and always is perfectly seasoned and a good portion of meat. The naan/ pita? Is perfectly balanced with its natural flavors of the flour versus greasy, and is fluffy versus soggy like at other places in San Antonio, and I love it. I am a professional of San Antonio and Every person in my circle honestly speaks highly of this restaurant and loves and rants about how delicious the food and customer service is. All the staff is kind and the facilities are clean and music sets the mood and ambiance but is not so loud and you can still enjoy a good conversation. Don’t even get me started on the eggplant and rice and salad which deserves its own review, not to mention the dessert, oh my goodness!
Nice atmosphere, super clean and fresh verity food, loved the salad bar full of healthy choices and main dishes, kabobs, chicken kabob, fish and many more. Baklava and sweets for dessert! There was also pizza, I guess for the kids, I didn't touch it?. Definitely worth the money and long drive!

If you like paying $16 for non-eatable chicken legs and thighs then you by all means. Don’t forget to eat some of the cooked dry rice and some of the things that say they are chicken wings but look like maybe they are chopped beef but taste more like ground liver. One bite of that and I had to leave. Most unfriendly atmosphere you walk in seat yourself and get your own food and drink and pay when you leave. No smile how are you was everything ok? Nothing just pay for the nasty garbage you just tried. Don’t do it???not even good dog or cat food.
Nice and clean plenty of vegetarian dishes. They ask that you sanitize your hands and wear a disposable glove before serving your food.
So glad to have checked this place out! Excellent food; great variety; and reasonably priced! Such a nice buffet experience - I’ll be back!
Stopped by for dinner on a Saturday evening. Even though there weren't many people, the buffet items were fully stocked. The owner was super friendly and brought us fresh pita bread straight from the kitchen. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious! The kafta kabobs really stood out! I also enjoyed the coffee and Mediterranean sweets to end the meal. What a treat!! Highly recommended.
This place is great! TONS of choices on the buffet at a fair lunch price - just about every Greek/Mediterranean dish I've ever encountered, and all well-prepared and seasoned. There is lots of variety - plenty of vegetarian options, and labels up top to know what you're looking at.Friendly and efficient self-service, I've never had a wait. Just bop in and make yourself a plate, and pay on the way out. Everything is included - tons of fresh cold salads, soups, main dishes, sides, breads, drinks, and desserts.I appreciate the hand sanitizer and gloves available at the start of the line, and the store has always been clean. There is also the option to load up a to-go box and pay by weight. This is one of the best buffets I've ever found!
