Worst boba I’ve ever had. Was supposed to be strawberry flavored and instead was bitter and dark, nothing at all like strawberries. Even had a far drive just to come here and was definitely not worth it. Pricey for disappointing boba

I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never had any issues with my orders except for the occasional “out” of something. Typically my go to is a taro milk tea. I ordered a bahn mi once and it was ok. The staff is always super nice too but sadly today is the last day I will ever go there. I ordered 3 drinks and one of them was for my husband who was at home. He asked me what was in his tea and I’m telling him coconut jelly and boba and he says “ no, that?” Well he got an extra surprise of someone’s ring. Thank God, he found it after two or three sips because imagine if he had found it in the middle of all the Boba with an empty cup. I took video and photos of this and contacted the store immediately. I am waiting for them to reach out to me. This is disgusting and we will never go back because who knows what other food safety practices are not being followed. If someone carelessly dropped the ring in my tea that is sealed afterwards. I will definitely be calling the health department. I wish I had read the reviews before ever going here. And I feel compelled to put that “ no I am not a former employee who is disgruntled and trying to sabotage the business”. I’m just someone who got a drink for her husband to surprise him and ended up surprising him in the worst kind of way. This is not a fake account because if you look up my name, you’ll see I have plenty of past reviews.

Probably the worst Bahn mi I’ve ever had in my life. The menu said grilled pork and it was more of a pork mush. Never again!

Pork was just dumped on the sandwich from a container that was sitting in a good warmer.

I used to love this place. Then about a year ago, I noticed the staff had FILTHY aprons after placing my drive thru order and vowed never to come back. Today, I decided to give them another chance and oh, the regret! My bread wasn't toasted, my fried egg over cooked, and the toppings were falling out to the point that I had to eat my sandwich with a fork. Never again. Don't go here!

Grilled pork sandwich seemed like the meat was frozen and thawed out ?? no sauce the sandwich was not good at all

went in and saw an absolute drama happening in front of me. the cashier was calling the police on a former employee i think? idk, i saw her mom recording it and i walked out. it was funny as hell.

First off everything about this place is mid, there’s also fruit flies crawling all over the syrups. I was originally gonna give 3 stars but the way the owner is replying to all the one-star reviews is so embarrassing, it’s giving unprofessional.
Also before they accuse me (since that seems to be their reply to everything), no I am not a former employee and no I am not a fake account, just feeling a lot of second hand embarrassment rn…

i'm a tourist that visited. it does not seem appropriate for an owner to immediately assume that someone who leaves a negative review is someone who got fired... it makes me feel more secure in my rating, as no owner should have this kind of attitude towards an ex worker. :/

It's unfortunate that I am writing this review, because this place is litterally a 15 minute walk away from my house and Iove ordering from here, but I can't in good concious keep buying tea and food from here. There have been rumors that the manager takes tips from employees and makes them pay for broken equipment. Equipment is a buisness cost and not at all to be deducted from employee salaries--if the machines breaks easily, GET A NEW ONE. There's also severe condensation on the pipes in the ceiling to the point it drips water. I don't think thats in compliance with health codes. It is ILLEGAL to take tips from employees. I saw in some of the buisness owner's comments that the employees arent paid throuh tips so it "shouldnt be an issue", but people tip with employees in mind, not the manager. If you're gonna tip, do it discreetly and in cash. I'm dissapointed in the establishment; get it toghether and treat your workers with the dignity they deserve.

The man that runs this business is a complete idiot that forces his workers into unsafe conditions, while also trying to rip them off of their wages and tips illegally. His staff is brand new every few weeks because he’s such a horrible boss, do not work here unless you want to be of risk of your employer making up reasons to steal your money ✌️
