I come here for boba and to study during weekends. It’s nice and quiet, a good place to lock in! The worker named kathleen, was very patient and helpful, she recommended me the strawberry passion fruit green tea and i loved it!

I came to this place for a DoorDash order and while I was waiting for it to be completed. The wonderful woman working the counter completed the order and made me my own milk tea for free. This was a rare act of kindness and that’s one thing I haven’t experienced very often. This isn’t my side of town but this Tea is amazing and I will be coming back here and bringing family

We have been coming to this place for a few years now for their boba. Only issue is that when we come around 8pm or onwards there is never any boba. For example my most recent visit was at 7:45pm and they said they only had enough boba for one drink. My question is why not have enough when they are open for another ~2 hours. I understand it’s a whole process to make and portions or whatever but it’s happened several times and often we end up just going to a different establishment. The flavors are great and that’s why we come back but sometimes it’s frustrating that the one thing we come for is out of stock for the day.

My kids like boba. To be honest I'm not a real fan of slurping slime through a straw. So why give 5 stars you ask? I am a huge fan of watermelon. Thier watermelon slush. It has tha flavors of tea, probably a watermelon syrup. Quite possibly no actual watermelon, but it does have refreshing crushed ice. They have alternatives that i can drink without slurping up flavored mokos!

Tried to charge almost $14 for a $7.25 sandwich and $2 in add ons. Asked them why and they claimed the price was different than what is on their menu board. When I showed them the menu board they have a sorry not sorry lame excuse of not having the authority to change in the computer regardless of what is advertised on their board. They wouldn't let me speak to a manager nor get contact information. They only have the options of paying the made up amount or leaving. Never even got a sorry or understanding. Don't go here if you want an honest transaction or good customer service.

Update: owner's response indicates they think reviews work like a chat rather than proactively providing a means to contact them. No, owner, I do not have a receipt because I refused to pay the amount that Brittany claimed was the real price, rather than the one you all advertised.

I've given this spot a few tries, some teas are ok but for the most part not so good. Food is microwave fresh. Service slow & not welcoming. I really would not recommend. For good boba with freshly made food options, would highly recommend going a few minutes away to Freshi instead and a wide variety of boba teas at Tealicious.

Worst boba I’ve ever had. Was supposed to be strawberry flavored and instead was bitter and dark, nothing at all like strawberries. Even had a far drive just to come here and was definitely not worth it. Pricey for disappointing boba

I’ve been coming here since they opened and have never had any issues with my orders except for the occasional “out” of something. Typically my go to is a taro milk tea. I ordered a bahn mi once and it was ok. The staff is always super nice too but sadly today is the last day I will ever go there. I ordered 3 drinks and one of them was for my husband who was at home. He asked me what was in his tea and I’m telling him coconut jelly and boba and he says “ no, that?” Well he got an extra surprise of someone’s ring. Thank God, he found it after two or three sips because imagine if he had found it in the middle of all the Boba with an empty cup. I took video and photos of this and contacted the store immediately. I am waiting for them to reach out to me. This is disgusting and we will never go back because who knows what other food safety practices are not being followed. If someone carelessly dropped the ring in my tea that is sealed afterwards. I will definitely be calling the health department. I wish I had read the reviews before ever going here. And I feel compelled to put that “ no I am not a former employee who is disgruntled and trying to sabotage the business”. I’m just someone who got a drink for her husband to surprise him and ended up surprising him in the worst kind of way. This is not a fake account because if you look up my name, you’ll see I have plenty of past reviews.

Probably the worst Bahn mi I’ve ever had in my life. The menu said grilled pork and it was more of a pork mush. Never again!

Pork was just dumped on the sandwich from a container that was sitting in a good warmer.

I used to love this place. Then about a year ago, I noticed the staff had FILTHY aprons after placing my drive thru order and vowed never to come back. Today, I decided to give them another chance and oh, the regret! My bread wasn't toasted, my fried egg over cooked, and the toppings were falling out to the point that I had to eat my sandwich with a fork. Never again. Don't go here!

We stopped in as we were visiting friends and family in Texas. The place was unkept with flies everywhere. The Banh mi was also disappointing. Will not be coming back.
