I saw this place pop up randomly on instagram one day an finally decided to bring my family, both my 5 year old an my 3 year old love dinosaurs, they were both blown away with the set up here at Dino snack shack, everything from the service to the great tasty items on the menu was really good, we will definitely be coming back to visit again soon

We loved it here, very family friendly and the staff was soo kind and accommodating. The menu prices are great and they match the snacks. I loved the rolled ice cream and the Italian ice was great. Kids enjoyed it and we will be back again!

I was told about this new place and decided to stop in for a visit. They offer basic snacks such as snow cones, burgers, hot dogs, Frito pies, etc. but what really caught my attention was the rolled ice cream, which I had never had before and was also made in front of my eyes with fresh cream poured onto a frozen platter (actual ice...cream). The friendly owner and resident ice cream artist, Laura, proceeded to inform me that there is no added sugar to the cream and the topping and mix options include fresh strawberries. I opted for the Oreo toppings which were also mixed into the cream for an excellent overall treat. I was told the concept behind this venue was to bring good, affordable food items for families to enjoy together. The playground with various games and dinosaur statues was a nice bonus for any kids who show up and makes for an enjoyable atmosphere. This is a fun place and I look forward to visiting once again soon. There is limited but adequate outdoor seating as well.

Went with the hubby. good snacks, nothing out of the ordinary but it is on the pricier end compared to the other snack shops in San Antonio. May come back in a few months & see if it has improved any but for now I’m keeping my kids away
