The most important part of this experience was the lack of flavor on any of the Gorditas I had, in addition to the fact it was too watery looking as supposed to salsa looking stew. Meat was nicely cooked but no flavor l.

Our family’s favorite spot for gorditas! 🌮 They are super delicious and always worth the wait. The wait time can take a little while, but that’s only because they make everything fresh right there, and it shows in the taste. We had the mole con pollo, rajas (my favorite), and beans & cheese, and every single one was amazing. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!

The cashier consistently has an attitude. (Man with glasses) I’ve given this location multiple chances, understanding that everyone can have an off day, but it’s always the same person with the same unpleasant demeanor and no customer service skills. The food is decent, but the service really brings down the experience.

We've had Doña Totas in Mexico and in north San Antonio but this one was the worse. We don't have one in my city so every time I see one I try to take advantage but boy did we miss on this one. We had already had lunch and were headed to Fredericksburg so we thought we'd pick up some gorditas for dinner later. Everything was fine inside. We ordered two combos which would have been eight gorditas but we discovered later they only gave us seven. Not cool. The gorditas seemed smaller or less full and they didn't taste as good as I remembered, however, I should add that we had them after they had been reheated for dinner. I will give Doña Tota's another shot but probably not this location.

Doña Tota is such a wonderful comfort food for me. I'm from Mexico where the original location is. The flour gorditas are worth the wait. Every guisado on the menu is delicious but my go to is chicharrón crujiente (crunchy pork rinds).
Atmosphere is not a hangout place. You go, order, eat, get out.

Wonderful and delicious place to stop for a quick bite. The staff is great they are fast and polite. The food is delicious from their carne deshebrada to a gordita supreme. Love thet they have corn and flour gorditas. You should try a carne deshebrada in flour it is amazing.

I was so excited to try this place, as I had been before in a different city. However, once I received my food I was very disappointed. The amount they put of papas con chorizo was the size of a tablespoon. If they were out of the product why not just let us know instead of not serving a decent portion. Also disappointed with the fact that there was NO SOAP in the restroom. How is this restaurant being clean and hygienic if they can’t even provide soap and makes me wonder if the employees even wash their hands? Don’t recommend visiting this location at least.
