Honestly my experience was great until I got home. My order was ready on time, and was fresh when I got into the store. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and one of their supreme pizzas with mushrooms on only half. Reading the items on the pizza, black olives are no where in sight. Not only that, I was asked if I wanted to add them before completing my order and specifically clicked no as no one in my house likes olives. Somehow when I get home and look at the pizza however, there are olives all over it. It doesn’t even have pepperoni either. The only things it had on the pizza was mushrooms (on the whole pizza. Another issue.), peppers, Italian sausage, and a crap ton of olives. I wouldn’t recommend this store as apparently they just decide what goes on your pizza and disregard whatever you put in your order.

In disbelief. Do not order from here. Not willing to help or support with last orders or undelivered orders, they are 2 for 3 in mess ups with my orders over the space of a year. Lazy and incompetent is the words I would use.

Great pizza, occasional good deals but you should invest in your own pizza cutter as these guys hardly ever cut the pizza thru and thru. Guess they're too busy cranking em out, small complaint that's easily fixed. Great overall ❤️

Customer service is the worst. Dominos app is misleading on specials and price. What you order on the app with regard to specials, does not reflect what is printed on the preparer’s tickets. If you think you’re getting the special order you made? Guess again? They could deliver anything! The delivery driver, drank about 8 ounces of a large orange Fanta, had the gall to deliver that with a wrong order! This specific location should be shut down and overhauled. No adult supervision.. sad…

This Dominos has consistently provided great customer service. I have had a lot going on and had ordered online but didn't send in the order as I had some shopping to do before HEB closed at 11pm. My plan was to order the pizza at 11:00 so not to be that last customer at the last minute for Domino's as they closed at 12:00. However my plan didn't work out quite that way when we got out of H-E-B at 11:30. I figured I would just hit send and give him 30 minutes to work on it. When I got to Domino's to hit send I realized for whatever reason the app had deleted my entire order that wasn't small. When I arrive to Domino's it was 11:45 and I told the worker that the app had deleted my entire order I would have to reorder it again however it wasn't a small order being 6 items under the 6.99 coupon. I asked the guys if it was still okay to put the order in so late. The employee said yes as long as it was in by 12:00 and there was no rush in his voice or sigh under his breath. I sent the order in and they get right to work. In just a short time my order was finished three made to meorder pizzas, pasta and two-stuffed breads. When we got home and put up the groceries we open the boxes of pizza and these were the prettiest most delicious looking well put together pizzas I think I've ever received. There were no mistakes and everything was hot and fresh and with good and my made with pride. With all the chaos going on in my life these two gentlemen made my crazy day and a good positive note. The two employees look like they worked well together and I wish I knew their names to give them a proper compliment shout out for a job well done. These two employees are an asset to the company.
