Ordered delivery but it was never delivered. Then when I came to pick it up it had been there for over 2 hours and they didn’t even offer to remake it. My kids were so hungry but the pizza was soggy and they put so much butter and cinnamon on the twists it was inedible. Will not deliver from this location again. Do better.

Horrible service. Ordered pizza at 8:30, pizza was not delivered until 10:38. When pizza arrived it was cold. I also ordered a coke, but no coke was left. Called store and got told they ran out and couldn’t refund. Like why wasn’t this communicated to me.

So i call for a delivery order.the guy that answers phone doesnt answer my question on specials.they close at 1am its around 11:40 he goes straight in on telling me delivery wont be for about 2-3 hrs...hmmm ok how does that work he tells me they have alit of delivery's and 1 driver so again i sympathize and say i dont mind being a last delivery told him im recovering from a stroke i just want something here to eat.he tells me "i dont understand him it will be too long"so i say so your saying "your not delivering then right?" So now ask me what i want and .i said well i asked you what specials do you have? He had the nerve to tell me they are on the aop..lolol i am a devoted customer Domino's just lost aling with all my family.bad business Dominoes.I hope you really had that many orders and worth loising my business

I just recently started ordering from here. I usually go with Pizza Hut but it's close by so I wanted to give it a shot.The food is great no issues. The workers are also polite and helpful. Of course, everyone makes mistakes and they have once tor twice. No biggie just they forgot the sauces and they removed my order off their screen before it was completed. Then I still had to wait additional time until my order was compete. So, it can be hit or miss at times but nothing too bad at least on my end.

The star I left is only because it was required to leave this review. I paid for a pizza and my husband was late picking it up. When he got there "there was no order with my name there and they didn't know what happened to my order". End of story, right?? WRONG. The guy I spoke with immediately met me with a condescending tone and could care less that my order was missing. And what are the odds this rude creature happens to be the manager.... ugh! He couldn't even confirm his own store address that I read off from my confirmation email! I had to give him the closest intersection to confirm I ordered at the right location! He finally placed me on hold to check through their orders, and magically mine was found and they decided to re-make the order after all. That so called manager though has no people skills, and had all the nerve to have a funky a$$ attitude even though HIS food and money weren't missing! The audacity is outrageous in here and I will never ever ever order from this store again and just order from Fredericksburg/Wurzbach as I've been doing for years now. Whoever is reading this.... save yourself some heartache and spend your money elsewhere. Eff this place.
